I actually use only the left strap, and sling it over my shoulder, rather then packin' it on my back. Good ergonomic design, very easy to carry. Cons: con???.....uh, it wasn't free. Other Thoughts: The various on-line luggage stores (e-bags, luggage.com, etc., sell this same backpack for $95 - $100, and NewEgg has it for $64 and some change....what's wrong with this picture???? Bought new 16" laptop to replace my 5 yr old 14" laptop, so needed to upgrade my backpack as well. As far as I'm concerned, this $65 Case Logic is far superior to the $200 Tumi it replaced.
