Cons: Bad design, quality of stitching clearly critical to the survival of your equipment. Other Thoughts: The stitching on the main zipper started fraying after 9 months. This was annoying but not critical. Last week unexpectedly the strap came away from the side - the strap (not zipper) stitching had failed completely. My 2011 MacBook Pro 15 was in the case, it fell from my shoulder to the ground. I assumed the case's padding would protect the MacBook but both the screen and main case are substantially damaged as a result of the fall. Replacement parts estimate of $400-600. The case had one laptop, one iPad and a charger in it at the time of failure. I wish there was a guarantee with this case because I'd certainly be making a claim if it did.
