After 5 months, performance was only about 20% of original battery. After 8 months the battery was completely useless and my HP would pause on reboot warning of battery failure. Other Thoughts: I would never purchased this product again. I should not have waited so long to attempt to get a replacement, but only take my laptop from my desk on occasions. Cons: When something sais 3 day shipping I rely on that. Not 3 day shipping in a week or so. Other Thoughts: IF they cannot ship as advertised then stop advertising that it can be done.
