Cooler Master Choiix Wave Stand iPad / tablet stand (Aluminum Built & Foldable Travel Size)

Pros: It's Lightweight being made out of strong and sturdy aluminum and because of the clever fold up design it's also extremely portable. It can be folded up flat and easily stored in a case or bag along with the tablet.

So besides it being stylish, it is also very useful.

Cons: Only one "Con" I can think of is price, but then again as the old saying goes..."You get what you pay for", so I believe that would apply here.
But when it's on discount I suppose it is an even better value.

Other Thoughts: An ipad or tablet becomes more useful when you're able to position it for easy viewing such as is possible with a stand like this.
Also I really enjoy the video product descriptions newegg includes, they're excellent!

However in this particular case I believe what Jo-anne meant to say was, the rubber feet increase traction and "Not" decrease traction on slippery surfaces as she said in the demo video. Simple mistake but confusing to listeners.

Pros: This thing rocks, sit an IPAD on it and stays on it, Watch a movie laying down put on your stomach and now don't have to hang onto it. I set it on bed/pillow and lay down... The best part you don't have to hold your ipad

Cons: I didn't see it sooner to buy

Pros: The stand is sturdy, well-built, and exudes quality. The aluminum boasts a nice matte finish. The hinge has just the right amount of stiffness so as to provide the proper peace of mind when propping up your expensive tablet. (Definitely NOT floppy.) The rubber grips on the bottom keep the tablet from sliding. I use mine with my Google Nexus 7, and my wife uses hers with her iPad2. She keeps her iPad2 in a plastic case, and it still works perfectly with this stand. The back arm tilt allows for a nice range of comfortable viewing angles. Also, the stand works equally well in either portrait or landscape layout with both our tablets. The stand also stores easily--I carry mine along with my tablet in a small messenger/laptop bag. The instructions warn not to bend the arm too far beyond a 90 degree angle, but that is fine with us because we haven't found a need to rotate it much past 90 anyways. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Cons: Price is somewhat higher, but I doubt you'll find one you like better.

Well worth every penny.

Other Thoughts: You may get lucky and find it on sale. One just ended in the middle of August '12.

Pros: Good design, adjustable tilt and secure enough to swipe without it moving because of rubber feet. Good value with $10 mail-in rebate. Won't scratch your tablet.

Cons: Back rubber feet fell off while unboxing. The back feet are not bonded to the aluminum like the rubber parts on which your tablet will rest. Cooler Master response was ' fill out a parts request and we will send you replacement parts'. That's not the point, it's a quality control problem.

Other Thoughts: It could be a bit wider to support a 10" tablet in landscape mode. Tablet is a bit wobbly touching the left/right edges of the screen when in landscape, you need to use a light touch. Totally solid in portrait mode. Would be perfect for a 7-8" tablet.
