Pros: I bought two of these items, at least one still works. Newegg rocks, they replaced the item even after warranty.

Cons: The other item started smoking only after a little more then a couple months of use. I have no clue what would have caused this (besides faulty product). This could be a real bad fire hazard. Be aware.

Other Thoughts: Wondering if this is a common issue with this product?

Pros: Fit my Gateway laptop perfectly. Shipping was ridiculously fast. No problem accepting paypal payment.

Cons: No packing slip was in the box or any information on the warranty I bought.

Pros: Works great, stays cool, sleek design. The tip fit perfect on my voodoo power hungry laptop.

Cons: It is big, but that is usual for this many watts.

Other Thoughts: Came in fast. Newegg is the best.
