Pros: This is a great bag - I like that it retains it's shape - doesn't collapse on itself when I take my laptop out.
Plenty of pockets - feels quality.

Cons: The wheels - I hate that they are blue - why not black? Seriously - I get made fun of a little for carrying a bag with wheels even though I hardly use the roller function. If the wheels where black they would be less highlighted.

Other Thoughts: This is a good bag... has plenty of storage space for decent sized laptops

Pros: Quality build, looks great and very durable. It has lots of storage and still kicking after all these years. I've owned this case for over 4 years and it travels with me back and forth to the office. I own a large laptop and it fits snug between two built in felt foam sleeves in the middle slot of the bag (the most protected slot). I think I could drop this bag off a bridge and not damage my laptop, it's that well-built. I highly recommend this bad as it's worth every penny. The roller wheels and retractable arm are very well built and sturdy (still) and everything works as from the day I bought it.

Cons: It's a little heavy and bulky to carry around all day - that's what the roller wheels and arm are for.

Other Thoughts: I will buy another if this thing every falls a part on me or I get another large laptop.
