I took it with me to Central Europe so I could keep my computer cool while doing digital painting. Worked great. Cons: The con is the USB power cable seems cheaply made. After four months I pulled out the cable and it was in pieces. I will admit the cooler travelled a lot, but I was pretty careful to disconnect the USB cable from the cooler when I wasn't using it so it wouldn't get bent. Then when I tried to call the support number to see about a replacement, the woman seemed to have no clue that her company even sold laptop coolers and transferred me to some random guy's voicemail. Other Thoughts: Despite the USB flaw I still recommend the Royal Notebook Cooler. It helped me get the job done hundreds of times and I'm sure I can hunt around and find the equivalent power USB cord somewhere even if its not from the company. (I didn't travel with it in Europe due to power conversion, but I think it even came with a wall plug that I could try.) Did you find this review helpful?
