4 out of 5 eggsAwesome case

Pros: Somewhat well built, didn't expect it to have pockets on the inside, but still a find design. Nice sturdy joints lock it in place.

Cons: I would definitely not throw a 17" laptop in this as you would have absolutely no room for the charger. I put my 15.6" laptop in it and I barely have room to place the charger in with it. Plastic handle+mount. Inside the black bordering feels a bit poorly made.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fairly solid case for not much money.

Cons: Not built like a tank or waterproof.

Other Thoughts: Sadly the hard cases built like a tank cost way more than they're worth.
Managed to fit 2 power cables and a mouse, somehow. I have a 15.6" notebook.

5 out of 5 eggsInvincible

Pros: -Looks amazing, get a lot of comments from people.
-Keeps your laptop SAFE.
-Will also sport a fair amount of other accessories such as a notebook or two, some pens, a few flash drives, and other things like that, especially if you're using a smaller laptop.
-Price is right for the quality and protection it offers.
-Combo locks are nice.
-Did come with a (rather flimsy, but still useful) shoulder strap if you need to attach one, there are also rivets that look like they'd fit a wide range of straps on the sides as well, should you want to use a different one.
-Heavy.

Cons: -A bit of wear from only about a month of use, some of the corners are losing their chrome plating and showing that copper color behind it.
-Dented, but will explain that later, not the case's fault.
-Received it with some of the little bumps on the side slightly flattened, no big deal.
-As one of the previous posters said, the interior is a little shoddily put together, but all in all it does the job.
-Wish the handle was a bit different, I don't like the metallic flake.
-Heavy.

Other Thoughts: All in all this is a great case for your laptop. I've been pretty hard on it and my laptop still works well, and this has offered protection in situations where I wouldn't quite trust a leather bag or a soft-shell type. Here's what I carry:
-15.5" Sony VAIO, soon to be Lenovo of similar size.
-The charger.
-A wired travel mouse.
-Two notebooks.
-MP3 player, SD cards, Pen, Pencil, Sharpie, Flash Drive, Earbuds, Various Cables.
It could fit an extended battery or a cooling pad if you use a relatively thin laptop.
Abuse sustained (accidental):
-Drop from carrying height while opening a door.
-Slammed my car door on it (had it set on the ground, thought it would clear, closed it full force, left nothing but a small dent in the case and a big dent in my car door, but a soft one would have crushed my laptop.
-Fallen over multiple times from standing up.
-Bang it on doors opening/closing them.
-General abuse a soft case simply will not tolerate. Keeps my laptop safe and sound.

5 out of 5 eggsVery stylish, pretty durable

Pros: Fits full size 17" laptop. Personally, I've been able to also cram in accessories, papers, and a couple small books as well. It's very stylish, IMO, and I get compliments on it at my university; it's held up to some pretty serious punishment so far.

Overall, calling it fantastic.

Cons: I can see the signs of wear and tear on it already. Granted, I've put it through the grinder, but the cloth on the interior back has started to come loose from the seam on the bottom corner, one corner leaves a gap when closed, and it's accumulating scratches/dents.

Not sure there are other cases on the market that would hold up to what I put this through better, especially for the price, so I give it a 5, but there is room to improve further.

Other Thoughts: I bought this with my new 17" ASUS K70AB. It fits neatly inside. Thus far, it's fulfilled admirably the function of carrying it and preventing damage.

PRO TIP: Get rid of the silica gel packets ASAP. They burst on me, and a couple got caught in the groove next to the hinge, which bent it a bit when I closed it. Took me a while to clean them up, and that corner isn't quite watertight now.

5 out of 5 eggsA great case

Pros: I got this case for my 17" Macbook Pro. It fits the essentials only, which is really all I need it for. It's a good, strong, inexpensive case.

Cons: None so far. My Wacom tablet won't fit as well, but I didn't think it would.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Dual locks, sturdy, secures laptop very well.

Cons: Not much room on side of laptop to stick power adapter if you're sticking a 17" in there. Folders were not designed to hold extras such as mouse or other peripherals. As such they make for an awkward fit.

4 out of 5 eggsWell made, cool looking.

Pros: The case is made of a pretty resilient metal sheeting and the locking mechanisms are pretty cool. It holds my 15.4" Toshiba Laptop, the power brick, a 1TB external HDD, A 120GB External HDD, A few CD's, and some documents.

Cons: Here's the list.
*Locks are a bit clunky
*The metal is easily scratched
*I wish the corners were curved. (They are pointed, uhg).
*The handle is plastic, but sturdy. (wish it were metal)

These cons don't out weigh the price or the quality of the case. If you are thinking about buying it for your 15.4" and a few other items it's perfect, but a 17" is all that will fit in there if that is what you plan to use it for (the psu will not fit).

Other Thoughts: All in all a great buy. Just wish the corners were rounded and the handle was metal.
