Targus' first Rolling laptop Backpack combines the best of both worlds. At first glance you can see that it is a stylish, durable backpack with plenty of features, but look a bit closer and you can see that it is also a roller.

The TSB700 glides on in-line skate wheels and includes a 2-tier telescoping locking handle for easy navigation. A protective rear flap holds the shoulder straps in place when using it as a roller, then lower the flap to cover the wheels for greater comfort when in backpack mode. For additional convenience it has a handle grip on the bottom of the case that allows for easy lifting into your car or an airline overheard compartment.

Other features include a padded, removable slip case for laptops with up to 15.4” screens, top front pocket with protective lining for iPod/MP3 players, PDA or sunglasses, bottom front pocket with business card holder, pen loops and key clip, a main compartment with plenty of file and accessory storage, a large side pocket, even a side mesh water bottle holder. Works great for travel. it fits under an airline seat, in the overhead, and the laptop is easily accessible for clearing security. Cons: None Other Thoughts: I have traveled with this bag about 4 times now and it is very convenient. Love the rolling feature, but it is still fairly comfortable to wear. Highly recommended! Whenever it comes to traveling, I like to be lazy. I use the rolling bag feature more than I use it as a backpack. It’s light and has several padded compartments. It has definitely impressed me so far! Cons: The handle bar that extends and retracts which is part of the rolling feature is on the inside part of the bag. This is good in a sense that it doesn’t stick out and hurt your back. On the other hand, its sticks out on the inner part of the bag which is part of the laptop section. Although, they do have a lot of padding and a laptop sleeve. I don’t mind because the padding is sufficient but that would be the only con to this bag. Other Thoughts: Newegg is awesome and they always find a way to impress me. I ordered this bag on a Wednesday at around 1:30 pm. At the time, Newegg was running a free shipping special for all Targus bags. Not only did they process and ship it that day but they found a distributor close to me and I had it the very next day. I think I received it around 4:00 pm on Thursday!!! To me, that’s taking care of the customer. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!! 4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you?
