See other thoughts Cons: see other thoughts Other Thoughts: I ordered many things at once and they all got shipped from various locations (which is fine). I got everything, and I've always gotten everything. But for some reason I didn't get this within the 3 to 4 business days I usually get stuff. So I gave it a couple more days and still nothing. So I looked at the UPS tracking and the status was stuck in "Billing Info Received". So I called Newegg, who explained they didn't know what the mixup was, refunded my shipping costs, and told me I'd get it the following Monday or Tuesday. It's Tuesday night, so I just called and put in a claim to refund my purchase price, since I've yet to get this item, and UPS tracking lists the same. I'll just pay more and get something from a local retail store. Shame because I've used newegg for years, and on many expensive items. This one cheaper item will now make me leery of making larger purchases from them.
