5 out of 5 eggsOne of the most cose effective in my opinion

Pros: -For the price, you get the most with this model.
-It has 2 power options, one for more air and one for quiet.
-It overs a good amount of clearance off the table so the air can get under there
-The USB port allows you to pass through another USB device, like a mouse, which is invaluable with limited USB spots on a smaller laptop
-It's portable

Cons: -It doesn't cool as well as a large, tabletop cooling pad. But it's not meant to. It's meant to be portable, and it is.
-Not the absolute most portable one either, but a good middle ground in my opinion
- Bright blue LED in the back that cannot be turned off, can be annoying
-Rubber feet fall off after a while, cheap adhesive used to hold them in place. Works fine without them though

Other Thoughts: I've probably put 300-500 hours through this, the fans are still spinning fine.

2 out of 5 eggsSide cooling?

Pros: Blows enough air under the computer

Cons: Blows the wrong direction due to circular fans. All airflow comes out the right side of the laptop instead of the front (cools hand more then the computer). So the airflow misses almost half of the base of the computer (Hard Drive area).

Other Thoughts: My laptop

5 out of 5 eggsCools Very Well

Pros: Excellent heat dissipation

Cons: None at this time

Other Thoughts: Using this to cool an older gateway with a Pentium 4 northwood core. Running around 10 degrees C cooler under full load.

3 out of 5 eggsNot nearly as good as the compitition

Pros: It keeps my laptop cool during normal usage

Cons: It doesn't keep my laptop cool when playing games

Other Thoughts: don't bother with this the Spire Pacific Breeze is half the price and better
