Pros: I've had 2 other coolers both of them dual fan pads one Swiss gear and the other targus. I game on battlefield 2 and my Dell studio xps 16 would get extreamly hot, niether of the previous two coolers helped much (1-2 deg reduction) and both were very loud. I'd just about gave up on trying to find an effective cooler when the targus coolers fan bearings started going out, I looked at several here on newegg and read alot of reviews and found this one to be pretty possitve so I decided to try it. Now for the facts about this one. On my notebook i've seen a dramatic reduction of temp with this cooler. It outputs 10x's the amout of air as my previous two and it isn't loud at all. This one rocks I WILL recommend it to friends.
Cons: The only con is the led on the back, while it is bright it's not hard to get used to so I didn't knock this great cooler for it.

Great cooler for a hot laptop

Pros: Lots of airflow. Two speed settings for low flow/low noise or high flow/high noise. Creates nice tilt angle for laptop. Takes small space in laptop bag.
Cons: Weak wire attachment to usb plug. The covering has pulled off, but the wires still seem to be okay.
Other Thoughts: I have been using this cooler for a Gateway P-173X FX gaming laptop since the end of April and I've been extremely happy with it. My computer would overheat and it would feel like a hair dryer was blowing out from underneath it. When the cooler is set to high, I can game all day and the laptop would only heat up mildly. If you have a gaming laptop, this cooler is a must.

Pros: Does a pretty good job of cooling your computer, or at least the back part. Low noise. I personally like the blue light and dual settings.
Cons: Doesn't get any airflow to the front, so I have to put something under it if I'm doing something very demanding.
Big con: After about a week of usage, the USB port I plugged it into stopped working. Then, when I took it out and plugged it in again, it shorted the computer and kept shutting down and restarting every time I attempted to plug the cooler in. At first, placing it in the other 2 USB ports worked for about 5 minutes. Then all 3 USB ports stopped responding and now, none will power my cooler. Note: Any other USB device I plug into all 3 USB ports work fine and system devices says that they're all good. So I believe that this is an Antec issue.
Other Thoughts: The fact it worked beautifully for a week made it 2 stars rather than 1, seeing how now I can't use it at all by directly plugging it into the computer...
