Pros: none.

Cons: I get sent the wrong item and now I have to pay 12 bucks in shipping for them to EXCHANGE it? That's an unacceptable way to conduct business.

Other Thoughts: I've shopped with newegg for 3 years or so now and spent thousands of dollars here for myself and the office. They may have just lost a customer.

Pros: able to hold my large gaming laptop nice and securely
3 separate zipper pocket with plenty of space for acessories.

Cons: Shoulder strap started coming apart within a week of use. IT has fray away from the seem and exposed the padding. Looks absolutly terrible.

Other Thoughts: I would reccomend finding another backpack case that doesnt' start falling apart right away.

Pros: Well built. Thick nylon with decent padding. Alienware M17x-R3 fits securely.

Cons: Not enough pockets. A water resistant bottom would be nice.

Other Thoughts: Fits laptop and 1-2 books. Not enough room/pockets for me. Returned for a refund and went with military pack that I already owned.

Pros: The case is really great looking and very big; will fit a large laptop and several other items.

Cons: The straps broke on my second time using it and the seams are falling apart too!

Other Thoughts: I work offshore and use this bag only for travel back and forth to work which is every four to six weeks. I purchased it 1/24/2011 and had it shipped to my home. I actually got it into my hands in mid February and used it for one work trip. The second time I used it I realized the straps were torn and the seams are coming apart. Customer service said that they can't do anything for me except give me the number for the manufacturer. Now the manaufacturer wants for me to pay for shipping it to them which will cost me even more and that's ust for them to take a look at it, no guarantees I'll even get it back. Now I'm stuck with an expensive bag that is of no use to me. What a waste of time and money.

Pros: Decent price. Tons of pockets and space. Fits my 17' screen laptop, a couple of books, t-shirts and still have plenty of space.

Everything is well made and padded and it looks like it's gonna last.

Cons: Very big con. When I opened the package I noticed that it had no water bottle side pocket, when the pictures clearly show that it should.

Other Thoughts: It comes with an alienware sticker wich was a very nice detail.

Pros: Fits my Alienware M11x, M17R1, and my Samsung Q1 Ultra with all of their power plugs, goodies, and cables to boot.

Comfortable on my back, and the carry handle at the top is good quality.

Overall very happy. Protects my toys very well, and still fits in the carry-on size that I was looking for.

Cons: None yet. I would have liked a few more zippered pockets inside but I think my expectations are a bit more than the average user.

RF-inhibiting cell phone pouch seems kind of silly. If you remember to put it in the pouch wouldnt you just put it on vibrate?

Other Thoughts: Newegg's great shipping as usual. Free shipping and got it within two days.

Pros: Friggan huge. Quiet non clanky zippers. Appears well made. Still trying to figure out uses for the multi plethra of pockets in the front compartment. Nice sleek design, love the cary handle which is a must have.

Cons: My cat thinks it her new home and won't get out.

Other Thoughts: fits a g73 with plenty of space in the rest of the compartments and protects it well. i ve worn it quiet a bit since purchased here on newegg, and gotta say the more i use it, the more i appreciate my purchase.

Pros: I liked the bag the moment I saw it first time on dell website. As usual I searched & ordered the bag on newegg. Got it delivered in 3 days. there is enuf room in the bag to fit my lappy n other stuff. [sometimes it seems it can carry me also :)]

being a regular lappy carrier (everyday has to carry to office :( ) its comfortable, lightweight and spacious with heck lots of pockets to fit almost everything you need.

Usually carry everyday useful items along with my office items including my pair of shorts.

tried filling in stuff for testing and filled it with almost 20kg of weight and carried it over for 1 day ... no problems at all

the best thing about the bag is the "alien logo". Loved it

Padding at the front and behind the lappy is good enuf to secure the lappy

Cons: not a con as such but the alien logo gets scratched very easily.

Other Thoughts: Would recommend this to whoever in need of a lappy carrying bag
