Pros: Great cooling system
Doubles as a laptop "backpack"
Cools all the hot areas I need it to
Adjustable Fans

Cons: *Extremely Flimsy* fan connectors that attach to the underside of the cooler. Mine may have been DOA, but the 4 pieces that attach to the underside of the cooler break off incredibly easily. These connectors specifically are NOT good, solid material. There is only one left.

Luckily there is another fan & it doubles as a carry-case.

Other Thoughts: It's a solid cooler, but I can't, in good conscience, give it a good rating when tiny "feet" broke off before I even put it to use.

Pros: It is tilted nicely. It has an extra usb so you wont lose one.

Cons: The fans are not good. They are tiny, I had a cheap $20 fan before from another store that was better than this. I can't believe I spent this much money on something that doesn't do its work properly. I am disappointed. Don't use it for cooing. I will be sending it back once I figure it out. But grrr first item I bought from newegg >:(

Pros: I bought this thing for my boyfriend's Macbook which was running hot. It is the most convenient thing ever, and for the price, every laptop user should have one of these.

Cons: None

Pros: Looks cool, you can position the fans where you want them.

Cons: The little pieces on the fan that attach to the grill broke pretty easy.

Pros: Cools the laptop somewhat. Depends heavily on the placement of the fans. The fact that it technically doesn't take up a USB slot is neat. It's small and light weight so it's easy to put in a bag.
Nothing that makes it better than any other fan.

Cons: Oh boy here we go:
I've had quite a journey with this model of fan.
The first time I bought the fan, one died after about a month or two. I was able to send back the model to newegg and get a replacement and also get replacement fans from cooler master. Once I got my replacement from newegg/coolermaster, the fan lasted for about 3 months or so, and then started making noises again. It's a gradual process but it gets louder and louder. Then I noticed the metal stand was bent. The only thing I could figure this was from was my putting it in my bag. For a model that totes itself as portable, it should at least be able to stand some travel. The bending didn't make it unusable but contributed heavily to the grinding and noise of the fan. I tried to replace the fans with the fans I got from coolermaster and they also made slight noise, due to the slight bend of the metal stand.

Other Thoughts: Over all I would not buy this again and would go with a different brand/model.
I noticed also that it took a bit of trial and error to find out the best placement for the fans for my specific laptop (Lenovo Ideapad Y580) but when I found the best spot it worked well enough.

Pros: Made of sturdy aluminum, very solid
Rubber grips hold laptop in place nicely
Nice appearence

Cons: One fan has been making a ticking noise from day one
Both fans are rather loud

Other Thoughts: The actual laptop stand itself is very nice. No complaints there. The fans however are pretty poor quality. They are pretty loud and one of them is making a rather annoying ticking sound during operation. To me, the stand alone without the fans was worth the $20.00.

Pros: I have been using this everyday for 4 to 7 hours doing regular computer work and video streaming movies as well as MLB & NFL on my Acer Aspire Notebook (also from NewEgg) while living in the Republic of Panama. That says a lot for both products!

Cons: NONE.

Pros: Quality platform, works as advertised. I have had the smaller, 2 fan unit, for over a year. The aluminum built frame is a solid platform. The fans have only been an issue when I DID NOT clean them. This is 20 bucks-or so-well spent. Takes 5 Celsius off my I-3 ASUS with a SSD and a 7200 spinning drive.

Cons: Not really a con per se, more of a suggestion. The smaller unit has no extra USB support-other than the fan power supply pass through plug in. I have mounted a flat 4 port hub- with genius Velcro tape designed fastening- to the underside of mine. Build one with 2 or 3 ports and charge 5 bucks more. It would be a winner.

Other Thoughts: Bought the 3 fan 17 inch model for my nephew to put his new Alienware monster laptop on. Was a little skeptical that he would think it was a "cool" gift. After all, this was FUNCTION, not FUN! To my pleasant surprise. he thinks it's GREAT. Who'd of thunk it? 17 year olds appreciate function. Strange indeed. One of his Alienware buddies even bought one. Maybe there's some hope for this world...

Pros: Works fairly well to cool my 17" dv7 laptop. It's nice that you can move the fans around with it.

Cons: Not the best cooling pad, but it work well and does it's job.

Pros: Keeps my HOT, over-powered gaming laptop cool-ish as needed. Fairy quiet, I suppose.
Power-providing USB is conveniently angled and the ideal length for my laptop.

Cons: Fairly low air flow, despite having 2 80mm fans.
Rubber feet slide off on occasion.

Other Thoughts: Worth getting, if it's on sale for less than $20
I wish I had gotten a 17"er, because my 15.6" laptop is a monster.
