Pros: Bluetooth keyboard and mouse have great range. The keyboard is slim and still has many preprogrammed keys. The stand is solid, probably the sturdiest I've ever seen. It holds my massive widescreen laptop and keeps it running cooler then before. I love all the additional plugs and options. All laptop keys function while plugged in. It has touch buttons in front that mimic the ones on my laptop, power, mute and volume. It makes my laptop more accessible and it gives me more deskspace. Gone are the days of fusing to open the DVD tray or find an open USB plug.
Cons: The mouse does not have any side buttons, which is not really that necissary for my usuage. There is practically no documents. Which is rare, and I kind of like it. The two documents were posters with pictures, no english directions, showing you how to setup the stand and pair the keyboard and mouse. Simple, but I found myself looking for words that made sense. I would have like to have seen an overview of all of the buttons and plugs. I'm not sure how much I like the ikea type picture directions. I'm not a big fan of the laptop speakers shutting off when plugged in, it would be nice to have the option for all of the speakers on.
Other Thoughts: I had been looking at this docking station for sometime. I couldn't justify the price. Reviews I've read other places really shoot this docking station down. I finally gave in and I'm glad I did. It really is a great extension to my laptop, and matches so well. I don't really mind that it does not include a power plug, but I could see why others would complain. A docking station is usually because the person expects to be going mobile with the laptop.

Pros: This dock is great! Plug it in and it is ready to go. All the input sources that come with it are great. Includes wireless mouse and keyboard ( $50 value on the HP website). The speakers are pretty good as well.
Cons: No power adapter included.
Other Thoughts: Amazing product overall. If you have an HP laptop and switch between two different environments, this dock will come in handy.

Pros: Using this docking station in a business environment and it works great! Makes it a lot easier to get set up in the office as opposed to spending time fumbling around for Ethernet cables and power outlets.
Cons: Does not include power supply...it seems like it should be a given that it should include one because the whole point of a docking station is to make it easier to set up...I have to continue toting around my power supply until I can order one.
Other Thoughts: Comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse which I was not aware of until receiving the item.
