The well-built Targus Universal Monitor Stand houses your notebook computer and docking device, saving valuable desk space. It can support an external monitor weighing up to 100 lb, and features a convenient slide out tray for easy access to your notebook. And the Universal Monitor Stand's open architectural design provides quick access to all of your notebook computer's PC Card slots, bays, diskette and DVD/CD-ROM drives.

It also allows for convenient storage space on a desk where a hanging cubicle cabinet is present. There is even a 2" riser that will allow you to raise the monitor stand height for larger Port Replicator or docking stations.

Andrew B. 11/2/2012 6:37:53 PM Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5Great but may find one that's cheaper This review is from: Targus Universal Monitor Stand PA235U Pros: -Moves my monitor up to eye-level -makes good use of space as I am able to put my Alienware M14x on the slideout bottom -looks good and is easy to put together -Shipping was said to take 3-4 days, got here in 2 Cons: None of these are that serious of cons -regularly a little pricey with the shipping cost, so try to buy it on sale -is little oddly shaped (but i knew that before i bought) Other Thoughts: I've been using it for a few months now and I love it. I wouldn't tell you to look elsewhere; its just that your needs for a monitor stand may be sustained with a cheaper one rather than this one. I stand 6' tall and my monitor was not sitting at eye level for me. This monitor has now brung my monitor up to eye level from me. Cons: A bite pricey for a plastic monitor stand. This is why I am only giving a 4 eggs out of 5 Other Thoughts: As always Newegg delivers fast and prompt. Keep up the good work Newegg. I have been a long time customer. It has plenty of room for a 15" laptop underneath, but might be a tight squeeze for anything larger. Cons: None.
