5 out of 5 eggsThe best we have owned

Pros: Durable, easy to roll on any surface. Number of pockets and storage locations are exactly what we needed.
Zippers and attachment points have held up for over 5 years, and still going.

Cons: Honestly, I have not yet had any issues with this case.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend to anyone!

4 out of 5 eggs17" Contour Rolling Bag hard to find

Pros: I purchased this bag to use daily to carry my wide laptop to and fro. The contour design is great for carrying by handle or shoulder strap. I love the compartments. Everything I want to carry fits.

Cons: The should strap tabs are held by a small strip of fabric. My first one broke the same day I got it. But I liked the bag enough to ship it back and order a replacement.

Other Thoughts: Shoulder strap support needs to be reinforced.

2 out of 5 eggsNOT the Kensington Original

Pros: Almost the same as what Kensington has listed on their website.

Cons: This bag is missing the three zippered pockets inside the front compartment. It also is missing the curved handle. The handle on this bag is straight. Also, the material smells very strongly like tar or asphalt. The netting is no longer the fine mesh, strech material as in my previous bag of the same model. So stuff falls all over the place when you put this in the overhead bin.

I don't like it. You may not care. ;-)

Other Thoughts: If you go to the Kensington website and look up this bag, then go to the "Photo Showroom" view (click on the camera below-right of the bag photos), you will see that inside the front compartment there are clearly three zippered pockets. The NEWEGG bag is missing these pockets. It may not matter to you, but for me, I need convenient and secure SEPARATE storage for battieries, USB sticks, change, tickets, business cards, etc.

5 out of 5 eggsBest case ever!

Pros: I carry an enormus amount of equipment along with my Dell XPS M1710 laptop. This bag swallowed it all! Best rolling feature I have ever used in a bag this size. The layout of the storage compartment that is shared with the handle makes every inch functional. The rigid handles fit and lock together giving a solid grip that can't pinch your hand no matter how heavy the bag might be. Well thought out at every point. Very strong and lightweight.

Cons: I cant think of even one.

Other Thoughts: I would love to see this bag in leather.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat choice

Pros: This is great for the portable office and lugging around a desktop replacement. We ordered two of these because we travel with both our laptops and have lots of peripherals. The size meets the most limited carry on luggage requirements and it has wheels!

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: This case is great. Padded laptop section holds a Sager NP9262 and a Zalman 2000 cooler leaving lots of room for the rest of the portable office. Including the full sized headsets.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fits in the over head bin on Regional Jets while holding my laptop w/travel battery, two three ring binders, all my cables (2 10ft Ethernet, 5 plc cables), and external hard drive.

Cons: The shoulder strap is starting to tear at the rubber cushion.

Other Thoughts: Great bag - poor shoulder strap = Good bag

5 out of 5 eggsKensington Model 62348

Pros: Very Roomy, ergonomic design, more than a dozen pockets/pouches. There seems to be a place for everything.
Good rollers, excellent extension handle. Heavy dty fittings. Perfect for the mobile office.

Cons: Not much to complain about: Shoulder strap pad has too much "give"... you think it is about to tear itself off of the pad.

Other Thoughts: This is not a daypack... this case is a bit too large for a daily driver to and from work. For business trips or all day business meetings this is the perfect case.
