Cons: Picture number 4 shows an internal sleeve. Our first one was missing so we RMA'd the bag and the second bag was missing the sleeve as well. Did you find this review helpful? They break and then the bag is useless. I have owned two Contour Pro cases and one of the plastic handles has broken after about 18 months on both cases. Both cases are throw-aways now. Alexander S. 4/17/2008 11:48:39 AM Ownership: 3/5	Rating: 4/5Great bag This review is from: Kensington Black Contour Pro 17" Notebook Carrying Case Model 62340 Pros: - Not heavy at all compared to bags made for similarly sized laptops - Lots of pockets that are all useful sizes - Strap connections are placed strategically to prevent them from ever becoming tangled up - Carrying handle halves fit into each other and form a single handle Cons: - None Other Thoughts: - My 15.4" Alienware m15x and 15.4" MacBook Pro fit snugly inside this bag, it should not be purchased for a 17" laptop - The internal sleeve has additional padding that can be moved around with velcro, but this internal padding sleeve is so small that even a 13" MacBook won't fit into it. This Kensigton laptop case is well made and has many nice features. I highly recommend this case if your laptop is LESS THAN 15.5" wide, 11.25" long and 1.75" thick. Cons: Not really a "Con" however... This case was a tad to small for my Dell Inspiron E1705 laptop. It's a great case, just too tight for comfort.
