Does not support 3-prong devices
- Pros: The adapters slide out easily and it's very firm while on the wall and connected to a device.
- Cons: Despite what the picture shows, it will not support a 3-prong device - so if you laptop has a grounded plug, it will not work with this adapter.
- Other Thoughts: I found some cheap adapters specifically for the place I'm going, so I'm just going to buy those and return all but 1 of these.
Alot to carry around
- Pros: Hooks up everything!
- Cons: It's pretty big to carry around. I'm going to return it and get country specific ones for the few places I travel.
Great Little Adapter
- Pros: Worked as advertised with my laptop's 100-240v 50/60Hz AC adapter in Argentina & Chile.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: A co-worker from Mexico fried out his electric shaver because he didn't realize that this unit is only a plug adapter; it does not convert either the voltage or the frequency of alternating current. If you're unfamiliar with electrical stuff, save yourself some heartache & read up on traveling with electronic devices. And find at least two good sources before you decided something should work. I read 4 different websites that told me four different things about what adapter I needed for Argentina. For Rosario, Santa Fe, this worked like a charm.
