Pros: Very durable straps and seams (but I don't really abuse it), versatile pockets and loading. Mesh side pockets are easy to access while wearing the pack. Mostly waterproof (even in pretty heavy rain but not fully waterproof). Good padding and shape make it comfortable even when loaded pretty heavily. The major materials are extremely heavy and durable.
Cons: Nothing major, it could be more rigid, but it's a soft pack with no framing at all.
Other Thoughts: Carried daily for 2 years. Showing no wear at all. Usually full of paperwork and my Thinkpad W500, so not lightly loaded. I don't yank the straps too much or toss it around, but it's very heavily reinforced at all the stress points.
Recommended for people that have to carry lots of stuff and keep it organized, lots of storage, sub-pockets, etc. Seemed to be fairly airport friendly the 4 times I flew with it.
