5 out of 5 eggsQuiet and Cool

Pros: Quiet, cool, easy install. Works like a charm without any issues and has been running well for over a year so far with the new Haswell core, several drives and some hard running of games and 3d rendering.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This a great deal for the price in my opinion, and I barely even hear these fans when I'm running my PC. If you have a fan tuning system, you will love these fans too.

1 out of 5 eggsSilent for a short while

Pros: Silent, and that's pretty much all I can say.

Cons: Doesn't move that amount of air.
Constant droning noise, but can only be heard up close.
Typical life span is about 4 months.

Other Thoughts: Figured I'd get this four pack, I'd only be using two(one front, one back), I'd have two spare fans.

About four months in both the front and the back fan started ticking occasionally. At first I thought it was the hard drive, so I unplugged both the power and the SATA cable from that and powered the machine on. The noise persisted. I changed the fans to the spares one at a time. The noise quit for another 2-3 months and now started back up.

Cooler Master makes terrible fans, and this is after I had my Hyper 212 Evo fan go bad(constant ticking noise with that fan). Right now I say avoid using Cooler Master fans, spend a little extra, get Noctua.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Dilan G,

We apologize for the trouble that you are experiencing with the Cooler Master 120mm fans. The fans do come with a 1 year warranty so we can replace all four of them for you.

3 out of 5 eggsCorrected Review!

Pros: FOUR fans, Three Work. Still Cheap with rebate if it arrives.

Cons: All have droning noise, but one is totally bad with bearing clicking and rubbing.

Other Thoughts: Sorry, there are four fans in kit, not three

4 out of 5 eggsQuiet - Good Quality

Pros: 1- Almost silent
2- Included 4 sets of mounting screws
3- Adequate power cable length
4- Purchasing in 4-pack cheaper than buying individually
5- Good quality
6- Moves sufficient amount of air

Cons: 1- Mounting screws are silver & not black
2- No 3 pin female to two 3 pin male Y cable included
3- Be nice if fan housing were lower profile
4- Only 3 pin connector...not 4 pin

Other Thoughts: Most newer cases have mounts for two 120mm case fans, but numerous motherboard manufacturers only put one case fan header on their motherboards. These fans need to include one 3 pin female to two 3 pin male Y cable adapter. My solution was to cut off one of the 3 pin female connectors and splice it into the second fan power cable using 3M brand 22 to 18 gauge slice connectors and handy electrical pliers. The fans are quiet and speed can be controlled on most motherboards via BIOS settings. If your BOIS does not support fan control you may want to try Zalman fan speed controller. At 50% voltage they move fair amount of air too. They are definitely worth it when heat is a major issue.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Quiet from day one. I've had for going on three years now and they still run as silent and good as day one.

Cons: None. They just work.

Other Thoughts: For three years they have been a solid cooling solution for my case.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Quite

Pros: Extremely quite when used as a case fan. This seems to be an requirement today for modern electronics.

Cons: Had to cut off the three pin connector and solder the wires to a molex wiring harness. They need to design a combo connector to enclude a moles adapter.

Other Thoughts: Would definitely order these fans again.

4 out of 5 eggsJust Receved Them

Pros: Nice 4 pack packaging. Very cost effective case fans....low noise.

Cons: I would have liked to see a combo pin connector and Molex adapter.

Other Thoughts: Had to cut the pin connector off and solder it to a Molex wiring harness to make the electrical contact.as a front panel case fan as my motherboard did not have an extra three pin socket.
