3 out of 5 eggsNot as impressed as I thought I would be but still good fans.

Pros: They truly are silent as everyone else here as stated. They also seem like well built sturdy basic fans. If you know exactly what you are getting yourself into with these (low speed low airflow and accessories sold separately) and have a specific application for them they will be perfect for you.

Cons: The reason they are silent is because they spin extremely slow which means they also don't push much air. This is why I am giving them a fairly low rating. If you are doing a simple cheap build these fans would be good for you but keep in mind you will need to buy something like a molex to 3 pin fan connector and splitters to run these because the only accessories these come with is 4 mounting screws for each fan so if your MOBO doesn't have enough hookups for them you will need to buy adapters. The cable on these fans is also a bit on the short side and about as ugly as they come (not that it matters if your doing a cheap build that you cant see into.)

Other Thoughts: The specs state 44.73 CFM but compared to the SickleFlow series which is at 69 CFM they just don't feel like they push 65% as much air. If you are pushing air through a tight case I feel like the SickleFlows would provide a much higher static pressure and perform much better. These silent fans are rated at 30000 hours at full speed (1200 rpm) while the SickleFlows come in at 50000 at full speed (2000 rpm). Normally you would run the SickleFlows closer to 1200-1600 rpm and at the lower speed should be able to expect to see them run much longer than 50K hours giving them a very significantly longer life.

For most applications I would rather use a slightly more expensive fan like the SickleFlow LED fans with a speed controller attached. This value pack is pretty cheap when you use the 5 dollar rebate it comes out to about 2 dollars per fan but if you keep your eye on the SickleFlows they can be bought for 3 dollars per fan after rebate.

So to sum it all up if you want super cheap super silent no bells and whistles fans these should work great for you.

I personally have a very specialized use for them; Im going to modify my 82 inch DLP TV and install at least 2 of these fans in or outside of it (haven't figured out the specifics yet) because the factory fans are a joke and heat is the main killer of this type of TV. I specifically got these fans because from the reviews I read I was pretty sure they would be silent which is what I am looking for with keeping a TV cool.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fans

Pros: Before, I had the Cooler Master Green LED fans installed in my computer. However, they were INSANELY loud and annoying. I had these fans recommended to me by a friend, and they are a huge upgrade. When I first turned them on I had to make sure they were all actually working. Insanely quiet, good airflow, and great price!

Cons: Nothing yet.

5 out of 5 eggsBest value in case fans

Pros: Excellent value especially when on sale, quiet, reliable and can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientations without accelerated bearing wear. Cooler Master and Newegg have a winner here.

Cons: None. One or two may be noisier than the rest in the pack but seen the same with much higher priced dual ball bearing fans so nothing to write home about.

Other Thoughts: You have probably read that sleeve bearing fans should not be used in horizontal orientation, well, every rule has its exceptions and this is one of those cases. For example, the build being used to type this is four years old with one of these fans horizontally mounted. Good as new. Bearing mass along with the use of grease instead of oil has dispelled that myth.

5 out of 5 eggsValue for performance

Pros: For $8 shipped with rebate, meaning I got a working fan for $2 each. It is cheap and better than my stock power fan that is failing after a long 5 years.

Cons: It is not loud, but not in anyway silent. Cable is kinda short.

Other Thoughts: I got all 4 working fine. a difference of about 10% RPM from each other's average RPM is within acceptable range.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: quiet
4 of em
good price

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Got them to add some extra air flow to my case without hurting my wallet. I've trimmed a few with my dremel to accomodate them to a modified Hadron Air. Have since changed the mods and didn't need the trimmed fans anymore. These have sufficed, but have recently upgraded to higher quality fans.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Deal

Pros: These work well and are a great deal. I have had these running in a home server for 6 months none stop and they are still going strong. I love the fact they are 3 pin. It is nice the bios can control the speed to keep the noise down.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsgood and cheap

Pros: You can't beat the price. Rebate came through. Great cheap option when working on a friend's computer. Not had one fail yet.

Cons: Not as quiet as some, but perfect for the price. Rebate process is a little weird, but it came through in the end.

Other Thoughts: I have purchased many Cooler Master fans on Newegg, and not had any problems. The rebates have always come through for me... just follow the instructions.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for a budget build

Pros: I bought these fans for my first build and so far so good. I may not know much about fans, but I do know that they keep my case cool. They come with screws, and one molex to 3 pin adapter. Under load, my system stays under 55C with these.

Cons: Only con was that it didn't come with a y-splitter, but other than that great value for your money.

Other Thoughts: Although I still haven't gotten my rebate, for $15 this was a steal. I had to get an NZXT fan splitter to hook all 4 of these and the case fan my computer came with.
