When ultra-high performance coolers demand additional performance, count on Blade Master PWM fan series to increase cooling efficiency. Blade Master offers a balance of high air pressure with balanced airflow and minimal noise levels. With the Blade Master family of 120mm, 92mm, and 80mm fans, unique wave-form blades create increased pressure that exceeds competitor fans at the same airflow. The highest air pressure allows Blade Master fans to blow directly through dense performance heat sinks for extreme cooling.

  • newegg High Performance Featuring distinguished wave-shaped blades, the COOLER MASTER R4-BMBS-20PK-R0 provides up to 3.90 mmH2O of air pressure that triumphs over competitors at the same air flow for better cooling performance.
  • newegg Silent Operation The PWM fan with adjustable fan speed ranging from 600 - 2000 R.P.M guarantees the best ratio between performance and noise level. The anti-vibration rubber pads around the edges dampen noise for more quiet operation.

5 out of 5 eggsCooler Master Fans

Pros: Used these to replace stock fans out of a mid-range Raidmax case after a year. They have been going strong for 2 years non-stop with no noise and no signs of slowing down.

Cons: NONE

Pros: got them for the CM 212 Evo CPU cooler for a push pull set up, seems to match the stock fan (close enough)

3 out of 5 eggsOne year update

Pros: Moves more air that stock cooler fan.

Cons: Rattling.

Other Thoughts: In the past few months these fans have started rattling. It's been Little over a year that I have had them. I guess a year is decent for fans. The fans in my HAF932 case out lived them by a long shot (bought the case in 2011) before I had to replace them three months ago. I'll be looking for new fans now.

4 out of 5 eggsGood fans!

Pros: New blade design seems to move plenty of air without getting too loud!

Comes with corner shaped rubber isolators that actually have a hole for the screw. This is an improvement over the older fan design.

I bought 2 new fans for my back up Cool Master EVO 212 air cooler that's been rated as one of the best air coolers you can get for the price!

The fans mount easily onto the EVO 212's plastic brackets that have all cracked because they are too brittle.

However that's an all together different issue with the EVO cooler.

Cons: Really nothing to say other than a later review on the fans longevity.

Other Thoughts: Not much to say. It's a decent sleeve bearing fan that does not cost $30 like some of the better ball bearing versions.

Priced at $18 each they are still not cheap. However, two of these placed in a push pull configuration gets the job done well for intel i5 and i7 chips!

2 out of 5 eggsExpensive for a sleeve-bearing fan that shouldn't be mounted horizontally

Pros: Reasonably quiet (When mounted vertically)
Moves a decent amount of air
Keeps parts cool

Cons: Expensive for a Sleeve Bearing Fan
Shouldn't be mounted Horizontally
Sputters and makes noise, then eventually dies within months if mounted horizontally

Other Thoughts: I had one of these come with my Hyper 212 Evo cooler. I had to mount it horizontally to get the best airflow in my case, and the thing started making grinding noises within days of that happening, and still did during startup for months until I replaced it with a cheaper Arctic F12 120mm fan with fluid-dynamic bearings.

I do not recommend buying this fan when you can buy a ball bearing or fluid dynamic bearing fan that can be mounted horizontally OR vertically and has a longer lifespan in general for the same price or less.

5 out of 5 eggsCooling fan.

Pros: It does what it's supposed to reliably. Bought to replace Scyte Ultra Kaze performance fan which had a loose fan attachment and bad bearings. Basically a P O S.

Cons: Not that quiet.

5 out of 5 eggsOldie but goodie

Pros: I Purchased the hyper 212 plus when it first came out, and it`s still running great. I got the second fan for it a month later and it`s also quiet with no problems I got another hyper 212 + for my other system last year and runs great also, just purchased second fan for it yesterday, very happy with it

Cons: Very Happy

Other Thoughts: Highly recommend. Cheap but keeps system as cool or cooler than most expensive ones

3 out of 5 eggsSo So on Reliability

Pros: Were relatively quite with adequate air flow.

Cons: One of the two developed the typical vibration and noise of bearing failure.

Other Thoughts: The unit that failed is mounted horizontally rather than vertically. I suspect that the design does not have adequate thrust bearing capability leading to the failure.
