COOLER MASTER R4-MFJR-07FK-R1 200mm MegaFlow 200 Silent Fan

Other Thoughts: These 200mm fans have specific mounting tab dimensions for CM cases; at least the HAF XB in my recent experience. When I ordered the HAF XB, I initially did not order this fan because I had a 200mm fan lying around doing nothing. The 200mm Xigmatek did not fit, nor did a 170mm Xigmatek, or dual 140/120mm fans for the case top. The CM specific mounting tabs are a rectangle approx. 110mm x 178mm

Pros: I got this as a replacement for some annoying neon fans that shipped with a new pc I bought.. but I ordered over my lunch break and didn't pay attention.. these fans are HUGE ... :) but fortunately I was able to replace my side case fan with one of the two I ordered... it's MASSIVE .. but it's also silent, so it's perfect .. unfortunately the second is now on stand by because it's too large to replace the other fan I hoped to replace.. instead, I just snipped the wires to the LED's and kept the existing fan...

Worth buying.. just keep in mind, this is a VERY large fan .. I should have known, I just ordered so quick and didn't pay attention

Pros: Love these fans. Very quiet.

Cons: Coolermaster insists on sticking a big shiny hologram looking sticker on the center of these fans which are an eyesore when they are inside your case. You also shouldn't remove the stickers because they act as a dust shield for the center electrics and moving parts. I had to spray the stickers with some rattle-can black. Much better now.

Pros: I ordered this fan when I ordered a Hyper 212 Evo heatsink. I was thinking that my old CoolerMaster Centerian 5 could use a little more air. I DID NOT REALIZE JUST HOW BIG IT IS. Installing it in a mid tower was a challenge and required major moddification. However, once it was installed along with the 212 Evo my system run very cool and quiet. My case maintains a slight possitive pressure with the 200mm pulling air through a filter and the front 140mm pulling through the front panel foam. My case not only stays cool but clean.

Cons: You better figure out just where you will be mounting this if your case is not set up for a 200mm. Drills and saws were not part of the installation plan by CoolerMaster I'm sure.

Other Thoughts: Great fan if you have the room and want a quiet & cool case. If you do need to install in a smaller case you might google "How to install a 200mm case fan in a Centurion 5" to see my install. It's got some redneck rubbed on it but it gets the job done.

Pros: -200mm allows for higher air-flow at lower rpms than smaller fans.
-lower rpms means quieter
-has connectors for both molex and 3-pin fan connector

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Other Thoughts: No leds on this one, but i didn't want them anyway.

Pros: Runs quiet and provides a ton of airflow. Perfect for exhausting heat from a performance CPU, graphics card, and motherboard chipsets. Even at full speed the little bit of noise that it makes is a low pitch hum that wouldn't' be noticeable unless you were listening for it.

Cons: Tough to fit in most cases unless they're designed for it.

Other Thoughts: I'm running this fan in a Coolermaster HAF XB case. My video card, processor, memory, and motherboard chipsets hardly ever crest over 40 degrees C. This is a great fan.

Cons: It doesnt move as much air as most 200mm fans but it works for my purpose

Other Thoughts: - I have 2 of these in my HAF 912 Case (Front and Top) and combined with a side and back 120mm fans it keeps my case very cool and surprisingly quiet.

- My HIS HD Radeon 7870 IceQ GHz Edition idles at around 23C

- The HAF 912 Case came with the necessary screws and black tube things to mount this onto the front. Used the screws it came with for top installation.
