1 out of 5 eggsFaulty Pump

Pros: Works very well if it works...

Cons: I end up having the same issue all the other people seem to be having. My pump stopped working out of the blue after running smoothly for less 2 months. Needless to day how disappointed I am...

Other Thoughts: Trying to get RMA...

1 out of 5 eggsPump Failed!!!

Pros: Worked Great! Idle 26C

Cons: Pump Failed after 8 months. Intermittent cooling, meaning it works whenever it wants to cpu temps idled @ 26C for first 8 months and 36 on full load but now its 68C on idle and 26C when it wants to work!

Other Thoughts: I'm gonna try to RMA or process warranty .

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: Great company name. When this was the Swifttech 220, nothing could touch it. repackage with a new pump and improved pump and you would think , " hey, what could go wrong?"

Cons: what could go wrong is the law of averages. i dont know if newegg has gotten the bottom of the bin batches or what but i have to say i am really disappointed. received my shipment of new parts on my birthday 3 days ago ... took vacation so i could play around with my new build. 2 straight days of trouble shooting trying to figure out why my new Z97 build keeps losing the cpu fan. including 1 whole day of trying to figure out why the pump isnt working. is it software, let me check the software over and over again. let me check the connections over and over again. case covers off, case covers on. please dont let it be the pump. sigh ... its the pump.

just ran my 1st stress test on my new build, with my old evo 212 off of the board i just boxed away 3 days ago.

yeah happy birthday to me. "pow ... right in the kisser"

2 out of 5 eggsGood Cooling, Bad Pump

Pros: The cooling is great with this cooler. I have the 4770k overclocked at 4.5 Ghz and the highest temps I've reached on a stress test are low 70's with 100% CPU usage. I added 2 extra fans for the push/pull so I'm not quite using the cooler as is, but close enough.

Cons: The pump is cavitating after just a few months use and makes a horrible noise. I'm trying to get a replacement from CM or go with another brand. I initially loved this cooler and recommended it to a friend and his pump went after a few weeks and overheated his CPU. He was not happy with me for recommending this product. As of now I'm willing to try another if I don't have to pay for the replacement but I'm done recommending this for now.

Other Thoughts: The cooling really is great but there seems to be a trend from other reviews and what I've seen with my own and my friends unit as far as the pump is concerned. I hope it can be corrected because for the first few months I had it in this new build I would have told anyone it was the best liquid cooler outside of a custom loop and definitely for the money you could buy. Obviously I don't feel that way anymore...

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cools Great

Cons: Already sending out my replacement from my first cooler. Just stopped working. The first cooler almost caught on fire, my house smelled like burnt electronics for days. I think I shouldn't have to pay for shipping item to Coolermaster again. Please send something that will last.

2 out of 5 eggsFIRE

Pros: Worked really well for a few months.

Cons: One of the wires coming out of the pump/cpu heatsink caught on fire... Filled entire room with smoke while I was in another room, figured out it was coming from my pc, opened the side panel and saw the wire still smoking, melted plastic, and solder spread around the area.

Other Thoughts: I am currently in the process of trying to get an RMA going with CoolerMaster, hopefully it goes well.

Manufacturer Response:

3 out of 5 eggsBad pump not long after

Pros: Modular, silent, looks good.

Cons: I had it for about 2 months, I added a reservoir to it, just for looks take up some space in my 900d, well now the pump started to make noise, I messaged Cooler master asking what I can do, they tried to tell me about bnleeding the lines etc, witch I did do more then once. well then he was rude and now, im stuck with a dead cooler, because I'm not sure what i can do...

5 out of 5 eggsTop aio on the market (240)

Pros: Great actually amazing cooling 5ghz fx 8350 and passes prime 95 never getting past 56. Also bf4 never sees above 41. This thing rocks. The so called loud fans are really not that loud

Cons: Install was a pain. The description is so bad basically you need to figure it out yourself and the small screw connecting fans can only come off with a jewelers screw driver.

Other Thoughts: Time will only tell if the pump goes like most said. But I beeline cooler master will stand behind it and replace with new version. Btw if you can remove your cables from the pump you have the new version.

1 out of 5 eggsFailed after two days

Pros: The modular design offering future expansion and the brass and copper radiator sold me on this product.

Cons: The pump on the Glacer 240L died after two days and gave me "CPU Fan Error" when booting along with rising CPU temps. BIOS didn't recognize the PWM fan header into which it was plugged.

Other Thoughts: This cooler has a lot going for it, but the gremlin in the pump ruins it.
