Comments: Bought one for my son's computer with an Athlon 1800+. At idle 30c and 35c at load. I'm getting one for my Athlon 2400+. At this price I have nothing to lose.

Comments: Best fan and heatsink combo for the price.
I'm cheap so I got this for the price but the upside is it keeps my Athlon XP 2500 overclocked to 3200+ at a cool 33c idle and a nice 36c at load. Enjoy!!!

Comments: This is a great heatsink/fan for the money. It's quiet and keeps my athlon 1800 cool. It replaced my $30 high pitched whining coolermaster fan.

Comments: GREAT HEATSINK! I'm running a non-overclocked XP2100+. This cooler brought my cpu temp down from 50C (with the AMD boxed fan) to 31C for a 38% decrease. What's amaizing is that this fan runs at about 600 rpms less tan the AMD. Great Design!

Comments: Been using this for several months now, runs quiet and keeps temps below 50c overclocked. I am VERY satisfied.

1 out of 5 eggsWorst HS I've ever had

Comments: I bought this for low noise. It is quiet but it ran at 56C at load and 50C at idle. I bought a panasonic fan to help bring down the temps but one of the screws holding the old fan on was stripped. So I basically had to drill out and destroy the fan to install another one. Also- since the heatsink is so tall - with the better fan there isn't adequate clearance in a compact case. Most any other heatsink would be a better choice.

Comments: Good little deal. Nicely made and reasonably quite.

XP2400+ (not overclocked) on an Epox 8RDA+ stays right around 38 degrees C regardless of load.
