Pros: Cheap price. worked awesome while it worked.

Cons: The CPU block got plugged, which over heated my cpu and fried it. Cost in the end was more than this PIECE was ever worth.

Other Thoughts: I previously reviewed this part on 1/2/2007 after a month of ownership, and not long after that it died.

1 out of 5 eggsyear old

Pros: You get to tell all your friends your cpu is water cooled!

Cons: Where do i start...It's a pain to refill with coolant, the pump on my system died in less than six months and it was all the fans in my Antec 900 that kept the cpu cool...if 65C on idle is cool. One of the fans broke off and i had to super glue it back on. The radiator is so bulky i had to remove the plexiglass from the side panel which also eliminated the side fan. Even if it was in perfect condition and worked flawlessly the tubing is so small inadequate water flow would not be able to keep an oc'd cpu cool.

Other Thoughts: Buy this if you are super low on cash and want to brag about having a water cooled computer, otherwise steer clear of this hunk!

1 out of 5 eggsbad pump

Pros: when it worked is was generally quiet and kept my pc cool

Cons: i have had one pump fail at about 3 months and another fail at about 9 months. it say maintence free for a year, but its a lie, you will need to refill it sooner than that. the unit is also huge and a pain to fit into the case.

Other Thoughts: not bad when it worked, but if you want to use your pc id recommend anything else

2 out of 5 eggsTubing becomes brittle after 3 months

Pros: Cheap unit provides, quiet watercooling. This unit is not designed for overclocking. Seems to makes sense if you have a Thermaltake Case

Cons: Cheap unit and will fail and become brittle on you. The tubing is terrible and became brittle in less than 3 months. Not sure if this was due to pump failure, or not. Tubing eventually leaked due to brittleness and could not

Other Thoughts: Stick to air cooling if your not overclocking. The CPU's of today, should not be the powerbeasts of the p4 era, and should be quiet.

1 out of 5 eggsGOOD DEAL, BUT IT WILL BREAK IN ABOUT THREE MONTHS!

Pros: It cools better than stock cooling, in fact i had 32c (idle) and 50 c (full load, not over clocking though)with stock cooling, and with this liquid cooling I had a decrease of about 10-15c. And its not too big, which is also great.

Cons: It just died, the pump did. I tool it apart and kept the fan, which is nice and I instead got an Arctic Cooler Freezer 7.0 for $20.00 and it cools even better!!! Water cooling for CPU, should be at least $100 and even then you are playing with the devil...PLEASE DONT BUY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND TAKING YOUR PC APART AGAIN AND AGAIN TO FIX. NOT TO MENTION THE GLUED BRACKET CAN NOT COME OFF UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT HAVING A BROKEN MOBO!

Other Thoughts: IT COOLS GREAT, IT JUST SUCKS THAT IT BREAKS.

1 out of 5 eggsDONT BUY PUMP FAILED 6 MONTHS

Pros: cooled okay when it worked

Cons: the pump just completely died after 6 months
the cooling sucks your stock fan will cool better than this will (no joke)
completely killed everything in my computer except my power supply and hard drive, i repeat, DON'T RISK IT!
i do not reccomend this

Other Thoughts: if you need a cheap water cooler and are willing to sacrifice a whole computer for it, buy this

4 out of 5 eggsGood for non hardcore gaming use

Pros: Easy to setup, many different socket compatabilities.. cools OK. very quiet, works great for long bf2 sessions. very quiet, tubes are long. tubes are black so you cant even tell if liquid is flowing through them =\.

Cons: You have to remove the mother board to install it. it actually doesnt really cool any better than my Intel Pentium 4 stock fan cooler =[
be sure to use an anti static wristband or a similar device because i completely shorted out my first mobo and cpu.NOT expandable (or easily at least)

Other Thoughts: If your getting it for anything but hardcore gaming (Fear, Quake, Supreme Commander, etc.) don't get this, it doesn't cool as great as you think it would. If your getting this for long semi resource intensive games such as battlefield 2 or flight simulator get this as it works great for things like that

2 out of 5 eggs3 months max

Pros: Fairly easy to install even though it is a large system. Works great right out of the box/

Cons: I am on my second RMA in less than one year. This gets fairly constant use and around the three month mark it just stops cooling. The pump is very cheap on this unit. Everything else is great.

Other Thoughts: This usit is great if you run your PC for a few hours a day. If you never shut your system off then look somewhere else.

5 out of 5 eggs9 months later

Pros: Still working very well after 9 months. Keeps an E6420 running at 3.6Ghz around 84F/29C idle in the middle of June. Price.

Cons: My pump started getting noisy at the nine month mark. See other thoughts for remedy.

Other Thoughts: Seems people love or hate this cooler. I've had very good luck with this system, so I guess I'm a fan boy. I have tried this kit on 3 different MB's, and 2 socket types(754/775) and had excellent results each time. However, 3 weeks ago my pump started making funny noises. Symptoms: loud start up whine, constant hi/low pitch pumping sound- kinda gurgly too. Remedy: added 2 or 3 ounces of Thermaltake cooling solution(UV). Has been silent ever since. If you are having these syptoms you just might need more fluid. Hope this helps. Don't be turned off by negative reviews. Most hero's don't really know what they are doing anyway.

2 out of 5 eggsSuprise Suprise...

Pros: CHEAP PRICE.
Cools very well for the money.
Easy to set up.

Cons: You get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: Stopped cooling after about 5 months of use. Fan still worked, pump still worked, just randomly wont work. Probably clogged up or something, which is weird because this is a self contained unit, I HAVE NEVER OPENED IT! lol. oh well, i guess you get what you pay for, or, dont pay for in this case.
