5 out of 5 eggsMany years

Pros: Effective, quiet, reliable. And Cool looking.

Cons: Can require some case mods. I had to remove the lower HDD bays to fit this. And cut out the rear case fan area for the radiator. This requires some mechanical aptitude. BTW, I am a retired machine tool builder.

Other Thoughts: I have had this for 6 YEARS. Just the other day I decided it needed some attention. The tubes were getting blackened, and the rest of the PC was very dusty. All went well, and after complete dis-assembly, cleaning, flushing, replacing the coolant hoses, and adding a UV light stick, we are back to awesome. Never a leak. And it cools the video card and the cpu.

2 out of 5 eggsNot impressed

Pros: Easy set up. Water is fun for PC enthusiasts. It is quiet.

Cons: I was running my Q6600 1.30VID @ 3.6 at 1.48v in windows on an UltraChillTEC cooler for 2 years with no issues.
I thought that getting this being water cooling I could squeeze out 3.8 or maybe even 4.0 becuase I was unable to do 3.8 / 4.0 with the ChillTEC.
So now with this watercooling kit I can't even run the 3.6 I was getting with the ChillTEC. Whats up with that? Idle temps at 3.6 with the ChillTEC were 36C idle and with this kit it idles at 44C max load was 70C with the ChillTEC and this kit it is 80C and my computer shuts off in the middle of Crysis. Looks like I will be putting the ChillTEC back on.

Other Thoughts: My 50 watt TEC cooler cools better than this water kit! Yes the tank is full, the tubes are free from restriction flow bends, no air in tubes, mounted and remounted the cooler totally secure. This water kit stinks.

4 out of 5 eggsnice

Pros: Keeps my cpu just as cool as could be with my 7850 slightly oc'd (3.4) about 25C idle and about 30C after playing fallout or CoD 4 for a few hours

Cons: There does need to be more coolant with the kit and i think that the tubing could be a little more flexible

Other Thoughts: Biostar mobo, evga gts 250, 4g ocz /w ocz ram cooler, thermaltake wc kit, apevia iceberg sli ready psu. plan on getting another gpu and maybe a dual danger den reservoir. Oh yea and my pump and reservoir are installed outside of my case because of the gpu location in my case i have no room. I have a Raidmax Sagitta 2, after i buy the reservoir im going to be getting some better tubing and taking out the 3.5 HDD storage rack and placing my HDs in the floppy section so i have room for the pump. Im happy with my first pc build. going to build one for my gf and looking foward to building many more :D

4 out of 5 eggsGreat starter kit for water cooling

Pros: Includes everything needed to switch to water cooling CPU.

Cons: Size makes it hard to fit inside case if using more than one video card. A sump with a pump inside would have been better.
Cord is too short to easily mount outside case. It should have included an extension cord for the power and pump speed connectors.
Barely enough coolant for a short coolant loop with everything mounted inside case. Should have included enough coolant to fill system with all the included hose.

Other Thoughts: This really is just a starter kit, to get any real benefit from water cooling more is needed.
Many people who probably know much about computers don't seem to know much about heat transfer and sure like to complain that their temperatures aren't lower. Air is still the heat sink for this system, the water just moves the heat from the CPU water block to the radiator.
If cooling the radiator with air from inside the computer case then that is effectively the same thing standard air cooling is doing and it is unlikely that there will be any significant difference in temperature.
If you attach the radiator such that the fan sucks air from outside the case to cool the radiator you should notice a significant drop in CPU temperature, but, it will likely cause heat issues with your other components.
Get a double or triple radiator that sets on a flat surface and separate radiator air from case air.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Starter Kit

Pros: Simple to install and overall a good product for the price.

Cons: If you want to do more than basic CPU cooling this would not be a good solution. The fan for the radiator at full speed is noisy. Wish had a thermal lead to control the radiator fan.

4 out of 5 eggsNot good enough...

Pros: Quiet and runs cool.

Cons: It's so difficult to assembly. Those tubes are so final and they can't be pulled off which is good but got to be careful. Don't miscalaulate the lenthes.

Other Thoughts: After everything was done, my video card was blackout. There was coolant on the video card (a few drops) and i had no idea where it came from. I had checked many times before i turned it on. However, my videocard is fine now. Miracle!!!

3 out of 5 eggs(::UPDATE::)

Pros: This is a good starter kit if you want to run at stock speeds.

Cons: not good for overclockers!

Other Thoughts: i got this just to get my foot in the door of water cooling,
never had a failure besides the broken flow meter, but i thought this would be good for my needs! Wrong! After using this kit for 1 month, i decided to head over to danger den. Spent around 300 and now i have a really good kit :) just my thoughts.

5 out of 5 eggsFirst Timer

Pros: Not a Bad setup! temps are barely better than my last air cooler, but artic silver 5 hasnt had a chance to set in, and i bet i can get better temps, with a better waterblock and radiator.

Cons: the plastic flow meter broke during installation, just glad it happened during and not after. the bolt just came right out with not alot of force, and the threads were stripped.

Other Thoughts: right now the pump is kinda loud to my taste, but after i do some modification, i think i can isolate the noise. overall im pretty happy, since this is my first setup. if anything goes wrong down the line (fingers Crossed), i will update this post.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Keeps my system hovering around 38/100 C/F when running games (not OC).
-Easy setup.
-Modular, so you can add new stuff to it as needed.

Cons: -Not really a con, but you should replace the stock tubing with one from your local hardware store (doesn't evaporate the coolant as fast, supposedly). Remember to test the watertight integrity of the tube before installation.

Other Thoughts: Vista HP x64
AMD Phenom xII 940
ASUS M4A79 Deluxe
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 896-P3-1255-AR
