The TR2 range of coolers were created by Thermaltake to provide efficient CPU cooling solutions for those on a budget. The TR2 coolers are designed to provide reliable, effective, heat reduction for current processors. The A4022 doesn't cut corners in regards to cooling. Its all-aluminum base provides optimal thermal conductivity of damaging heat away from the CPU. The 92mm fan spins at 1300 RPM and moves over 35 CFM of cooling air over the aluminum convection fins at a quiet 16 dBA noise level.

The A4022 installs quickly and easily – and without tools – using retention clips to provide good contact with the CPU's heat spreader. This highly rated cooler will help protect your investment on AMD socket 754, 939 and AM2 processors, such as AMD Athlon 64 X2, AMD Athlon 64 FX or Sempron processor.

Pros: Cools the same as the stock fan with lower rpm
Cons: This fan is not silent as some has claimed to be, I put this fan in my Thermaltake Lan box lite and it makes a low humming noise. It is driving me mad.
Other Thoughts: If it is cheap and made in China, you shouldn't expect the quality to be consistent. I've learnt this the hard way.

Cons: none
Other Thoughts: Fits well in Acer AST 180 6100 AM2 motherboard. Works like how it should, better than stock.

Pros: WOW this thing is whisper quite. Pre applied thermal paste worked fine..
Cons: single cantalever clip is a pain..
