1 out of 5 eggsDamaged on Arrival

    Pros: none

Cons: Cooling fan had one fan blade that had broken off. Thanks to NEWEGG for a hassle free replacement policy!

    Manufacturer Response:

We are terribly sorry about that. We're glad Newegg was able to help you out, but if you ever need help with something please feel free to contact our customer service dept over the phone. Usually we can simply ship you a replacement fan instead of having to replace the entire unit.

    Thank you!

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good Fan

Pros: Very good, cool, not loud at all, those who say it is clearly got a faulty one.

Cons: Loud only at startup, otherwise fine.

5 out of 5 eggsUpdate: Still works!

Pros: - Still working after a good amount of time.

    - Does it's job quite well!

    - Never had problems with it falling off, push-pins are very easy to calibrate and apply successfully (coming from a professional PC builder.)

    - Really destroys heat, the size of it makes it work like pro!

Cons: - Loud only on startup.

    - Heavy.

1 out of 5 eggsWorst CPU Cooler

Pros: Better than stock in most cases
Temps operated in upper-acceptable level in a non-overclocked gaming rig for over 3 years.

Cons: Plastic push mounts are unreliable.
Loudest Fan on a CPU cooler that I have ever heard, hands down, period. (seriously, it sounds like a vacuum cleaner)

Other Thoughts: Got this as an emergency backup from a brick and mortar store when my Zalman went out. It's not worth purchasing it's seriously the worst cooler I've ever used. Fell of the cpu multiple times due to terrible push-pin mounts.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing fan, works great!

    Pros: - Easy to install

    - Great quality heatsink

    - Fan works great

    - Quiet except on startup

Cons: - Plastic clips... tsk tsk tsk, we need to get past this dependance on plastic!!

Other Thoughts: - Works on an LGA 775 socket type processor, had no problems with installation.

Pros: It keeps my cpu from overheating.

Cons: The loudest cpu fan I have ever heard. The heatsink and fan that was included with my cpu was a 100x quieter than this one. If the cpu does even the slightest work the fan quickly ramps up to a roar. The only time it is quiet is when the computer is sitting idle.

Other Thoughts: I will likely replace asap.
