4 out of 5 eggsgreat cooler, but poor stock fans

Pros: Awesome cooler, kept my core i5 4670k overclocked to 4.1ghz cool with temps only up to 70C

Cons: stock fans that it came with are awful, the fans have big gaps in between the blades leading to lower static pressure and having to spin faster which leads to more noise. they were very noisy, the cooler itself is amazing, but the stock fans had to go

4 out of 5 eggsUsed on R9 290 W/Kraken G10

Pros: Great high surface area cooler. Holds the extremely hot r9 290 at an extremely high overclock (1.2ghz) To 89C and silent (except for rattling pump) at load and 65C at idle with the card constantly running at 1.2ghz.

Cons: Pump is pretty darn loud.(-1 Egg)

3 out of 5 eggsGood cooling

Pros: Keeping my 4770K processor at 32c , so I'm happy. Installed on ASUS Z97 pro board.

Cons: It was easy setup until you get to mounting the heat sink to the mother board, took me way to long (2 hours) to get it figured out.

Other Thoughts: Gotta have patience with installation, not very good installation instructions included.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great CPU cooler! I have an AMD FX-9370 CPU and with no tasks running it jumps from 9 Celsius to 16 Celsius!! Amazing!!

Cons: The fans are a bit to loud since its 2x120mm fans but still not worth to take away an egg because it cools down the CPU extremely good!

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a difference this made

Pros: My CPU (i7 920) was running hot. On normal load it was sitting around C60 to C65. When I ran anything with flash or any game with heavy graphics it would jump up over C80 sometimes closing in on C100. This was causing issues of course so I thought I would try this out. What a huge difference it has made already. I installed it today and have been running for about 6 hours now and haven't gone past C50 at all. That is doing everything I do regularly that was causing heat issues before. I am amazed.

Cons: I almost marked this down an egg for this but in the end I was too happy with the heat reduction I am seeing with this product. However the instructions for install are complete junk. I ended up basically just puzzle piecing it together myself. I also wasn't a big fan of having to remove my motherboard to get the bottom piece in place, but I can live with that part. The radiator fans are much louder than I would like, but then again they are actually cooling my CPU very well so it is a trade off I am willing to accept.

Other Thoughts: If cooling your CPU is your main concern this is a great product. If I don't have any issues with it over the next few months I will not repost to this review so I will be officially standing by it at that point, but all signs point to it being exactly what I needed.

5 out of 5 eggsCool and Quiet

Pros: Keeps my System Icy cool, Relatively quiet for it's size.

Cons: None that I can think of

Other Thoughts: I can run my i7-4930k playing games on high and not break 35 degree's C. The highest I have seen my processor go with this cooler was 40 C when i played BF4 on Ultra.

The Duel Fan system is a little big, and I could see it being a problem in a smaller case but in my Antec 1100 this is not an issue

4 out of 5 eggsKeeps things cool

Pros: The Water 3.0 Pro keeps my i7 4820k nice and cool, usually under 110°F even under full-load.

The fans move a ton of air, even at low speed.
The pump is near completely silent.

Cons: The fans are surprisingly loud. The fan noise is claimed to be 20dBa, but at idle, it's more about 30dB, and at load is a much louder 43dB.

Other Thoughts: If you have a case with very thick walls (Mine is a Zalman FC-ZE1 with 5mm aluminum all around) you may have difficulty in mounting the radiator.

If I had realized just how loud the fans would be, I would likely have gone for a different cooler with quieter fans.

As it is, I'll do what I can to replace the current fans with ones that aren't distractingly loud.

3 out of 5 eggsWill it fit?

Pros: This cooler reduced stock cooler CPU temp from 58 C to 32 C with 2 fans and no side cover installed. This is with a AMD 6-core 1055T OCed from 2.8 to 3.5 Ghz running Prime95.exe. With only one fan the temp is 42 C. No Vcore adjustment needed for FSB overclock.

Cons: 1) The "big" question is will it fit in your case. Note the large bump in the radiator above the fan. Check your case to see if you have clearance for it. I had to remove a bracket from my Thermaltake Armor MX case to make it fit. And I had to remove one of the fans due to a clearance issue with the side cover fan. My case has a fan guard that bumps out from the rear of the chassis so no dice connecting one of the fans external to the chassis. I'm stuck with either one fan or no side cover fan.

2) You will have to remove your MOBO from the case to change the bottom support from the stock cooler as the screw threads between the stock cooler and this cooler are not compatable.

3) There is no way to remove the hoses to route the cooler through the chassis external cooling holes in a thermaltake LCS (Liquid Cooled System) compatible chassis.

Other Thoughts: It's a limitation of my CPU not the cooler but lowering the temperature of my CPU did not enable additonal OC even with adjusting Vcore up now that I had some thermal room.
