4 out of 5 eggsIts gets the job done

Pros: it falls below the 400db rating that my other fan had (one of my old fans blades broke off...) it also keeps my processor from lighting on fire, which is good!

Cons: when i tried to hook it on the clips were so tight that it broke the plastic clip that holds the bracken on off, which is my fault kind of... but yeah now its only held on by one bracket (oops....)

Other Thoughts: it's kind of loud, which is ok because it's in one of the junkiest computers currently in existence it just gets a little annoying some times... actually it might only be loud because it's only held on by one bracket...... so uh.... yeah....

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cooler

Pros: Great cooler, very quit, compared to my older cooler (3 years old). Keeps my CPU cool and no real problems.

Cons: It is very tight, I thought my mobo would break but it didn't.

Other Thoughts: Great cooler for the money, if you are wanting to hold on to your older 478 PC. I used a Vantec CPU cooler, before, using the same Tip-Magnet bearing technology. Great stuff and, again, high regards to Newegg for the fast shipping.

2 out of 5 eggsDoesn't hold up

Pros: Comes with thermal paste. Fits tightly into bracket.

Cons: Does not cover entire surface area of processor. Does not keep processor under thermal rating of 69.1 deg C.

Other Thoughts: I was fine until I put in a video card, and ran a game (Rappelz), pumped up the graphics, played for 10 minutes, and I got an alarm from my mobo saying the processor is at 69 degrees C. I am however sitting in a room at 30 deg C (about 86 deg F).

2 out of 5 eggsNot for Dells!

Pros: Looks pretty

Cons: Heat sink and fan, no mounting bracket. Kinda sloppy to not include one or mention ANYWHERE that you need one.

Other Thoughts: I did manage to make it fit the bracket that comes on most dell dimension mobos. I wish the packaging or the listing mentioned the bracket.

4 out of 5 eggsnot for all mobos

Pros: works well, keeps the CPU at a nice temp

Cons: not for all mobos. it didn't fit my mobo because it didn't have the correct brackets, but my friend gave me his old mobo so it works now

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Product

Pros: Very sturdy design with fan guard on top, long power cable, super easy installation, pretty quiet and fits perfectly in my case. I was running at about 45-48C and now i'm down to 35-40C. Great product!

Cons: The thermal paste it comes with is not the best, so I just ended up buying some other paste. Other than that, I've had no problems.

Other Thoughts: I'm running an Intel Pentium 4 1.8ghz, 512mb of ram, 540gb of storage and about 4 big programs running constantly (not including ZoneAlarm and NOD32). This is an inexpensive fix to any cooling problem you may have with your CPU. Deffinetely buy it! Newegg has great prices, fast delivery, and the customer experience is grade A! Thanks Newegg!!

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheaply priced, long solid copper slug for core, aluminum fins, easy to install.

Cons: Fan size is actually 70mm. It runs at about 4800RPM on my rig. That translates to VERY loud. I'd recommend a fan controller of some type.
