Pros: I just built a new PC and chose to use this cooler for my new i7. It's quieter than my case fans and has kept my CPU running at optimal temperatures.

Cons: No issues here!

Pros: Easy to install, very effective for its size, and surprisingly quiet under normal operation.

Cons: A little loud at full speed, but that's to be expected.

Other Thoughts: I'm using this in a mini-ITX build in an original PlayStation where every millimeter counts and it is perfect for the job. It is so short that the audio header on the motherboard is taller. My CPU is a 4130T and this keeps it around 32-35c idle and stable at 61-63c under load in prime95 stress test. A 35w CPU isn't the biggest challenge, but the size of the enclosure certainly is.

Pros: Low profile. Good cooling.

Cons: LOUD

Pros: Slim, solid and works well. In a good standard server environment is keeps systems up 100% of the time.

Cons: None, works as expected

Other Thoughts: Keep in mind this is for a server room setup, as it is noisy.

Pros: Kept my CPU cooler than the stock heatsink that came with it. It is a good price if you are on a tight budget and just simply need something that works. It is very short, barely taller than my memory which makes it easy to fit into any case. It connected and disconnected easily, even without having any instructions to follow.

Cons: Like other reviews have already stated it runs very loud when it really kicks into gear and upon boot up making it difficult to hear if you are playing a game.

Other Thoughts: This heatsink almost lasted two years. I don't think that is a bad deal for only $30. It kept my cpu temp at a tolerable level but often ran to loud when I was playing games. When my computer complained that there was a cpu fan error I opened it up and the fins were just caked in an inch layer of dust on every side. Because it is not very tall it does not have much surface area and dust builds up quickly. After cleaning it I still get the cpu fan error.

Pros: Keeps cpu very cool

Other Thoughts: I have been using Dynatron CPU coolers for about 3 years, they still working without issues.

Someone says is loud, is true but this is a server grade cooler, datacenters are even more louder so you won't hear this cooler

Pros: *Could* have worked size-wise if it was able to be mounted to the board.

Cons: Mounting system = fail.

Other Thoughts: I bought this with some amount of haste. However there was no documentation anywhere on how this was mounted. The brackets that was supposed to mount to the board (in my case Micro ATX) ran over the top of solder points and other components. Had to cancel the entire project due to this CPU fan.

Pros: Very flat, about the same height as the ram boards next to it. Fits in a 1U with room to spare. Relatively quiet but extremely powerful 4-wire barrel style fan can run almost quiet enough for home use but will speed when needed.

Cons: A little bit pricey but worth it. Cannot handle a 95W CPU like the i7 2600 under full load for more than a few minutes without going into 90C+ territory. Very loud at full speed, not really intended for home use but still the quietest server cooler I have come across.

Other Thoughts: Works great with the 80W Xeon E3-1270 - could not break 84C with Prime95's high heat torture test in an open 1U case with no other fans on. Typical idle temps around 50C on this motherboard's "whisper" setting.

I've been using Dynatron coolers in my servers for a few years and yet to have one die.

Pros: Easy install (peel the backing off of the brackets, stick 'em on and screw the fan on)
Side-blowing, so one can direct the airflow out of the case whatever way but up.

Cons: A bit loud, especially when it ramps up. Fortunately the HTPC I mounted it on doesn't get that warm often.

Other Thoughts: A decent choice for those looking for a low-prifile cooler for those 1U or SFF cases. If you have a top vent in your case, don't be afraid to try to sound-proof it a bit to cut the noise, since the cooler vents out the back anyway.

Pros: Low so it does not take up a lot of space in any direction. A lot of copper which works great for heatsinks. It is quite when doing regular things such as web browsing or watching movie, but while playing a game (tested with fallout 3, starcraft 2, bioshock 2, Counter-strike, and Team fortress 2) it was noticeably loud and made it difficult to hear voices with bioshock 2. It is quite at normal speed (5000 rpm's) and my computer is louder than the fan when put I put in silent mode (2000 rpm's). Overclocking it, at 6000 rpm's, makes me think someone is vaccuming in the room and can get frustrating.

Cons: Occasionally too loud. Always too loud when over clocked (6000rpms).

Other Thoughts: an effective and interesting design. Recommended.
