5 out of 5 eggsWow

Pros: Copper and very fine fins, great for cooling specially if you get a fan that can send some air flow through it

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: In response to the other two reviews...

This is a Passively cooled heatsink, they are actually quite popular, I have a 2600k (bad example, one of the low wattage CPU's would be a better choice) and I could use one of these if I had bracets for it, for example I can drop my CPU to 1.6 Ghz, and drop my voltage dramatically and in a well cooled case I can use just a heatsink to cool my CPU,

though BECAUSE I have a 2600k which isn't designed for low power usage I might have to drop it from a quad core to a single/dual core but it is possible...And there are plenty of Intel Atom CPU's that are passively cooled so thinking that a 500 Mhz CPU would burn up with this heatsink is silly talk...Its not about the speed setting at all, its about how much power the chip is pulling. So don't be bashing what you yourself do not understand...

5 out of 5 eggsInformation about the product

Pros: All copper?

Cons: Unsure

Other Thoughts: I'm writing this as a counter to the other reviewer's, well, review. I believe that this is for use in a ducted server chassis. It will do nothing in a traditional case, nor will it fit standard boards.

1 out of 5 eggsOverpriced Garbage!

Pros: Absolutly nothing good to say.

Cons: Extremely overpriced! There isnt even a fan.Ill die of old age before i buy a coper heat sinc for 35 bucks. Use this and you will have a burned processor/motherboard in minutes. Dont use his for anything more than a 500mhz single core. And thats probibly still too powerful for this piece of garbage! DO NOT BUY!

Other Thoughts: Newegg needs to remove this from the list, its a waste of stocking space and money...
