Kingston HyperX KHX-FAN Fans

Pros: Great Look. Solid Construction. Nice sheathing job on the cable. Does what it should: cools down the ram and motherboard.

Other Thoughts: One reviewer indicated this product was better designed for six ram slots, but, this cooler was a perfect fit for my 4, ddr2 ram slots. However, I suggest thoroughly measuring your ram area and MB to insure compatibility. There is a pdf available from Kingston, with all the dimensions.

This cooler or equivalent, is a must when overclocking and raising the voltage on your ram. My motherboard temps dropped 10 degrees after installation. Also, a fanmate controller works quite well with the 2 fans. I dropped the RPMs to 1500, was still able to achieve the cooling I needed, and with a significant reduction in noise. These fans are clearly audible at full speed, but far less noticeable when cranked down. Full speed operation is not necessary for good cooling results.

Pros: Ok so, you don't NEED heat spreaders on RAM. You don't NEED fans on RAM with heat spreaders. But it looks soooo good. Braided cable and all. Can't wait to get the black one. And it moves a lot of air. Regardless to whether you need it on the RAM or not this will definitely add to your airflow environment whether positive or negative.

Cons: Not the same blue as the other heatsinks, but you can't even tell once everything is operating.

Pros: These are excellent for cooling RAM, look great and hold tight. Not much else to say.

Cons: None unless you have a tight spot.

Other Thoughts: These are really made for six modules. Unfortunately, I had to return them. They are just too wide to fit properly in my Sabertooth X79 (two banks of 4 RAM slots). One side blocked my SATA ports and the other side wouldn't fit next to my radiator. I'm sure they are just fine for most mobos though (hence the 5-egg rating), just not mine.

Other Thoughts: I originall thought that these two fans were making all the loud noise in my case. I was wrong. It was actually the two stock 120mm fans that come with the H100i closed-loop liquid CPU cooler. These fans operate at an average noise level.

Pros: This thing looks amazing. The blue coolers are beautiful. The design is very well and it fits quite snug on the RAM retention clips. Noticible difference in temperature. I have overclocked my G.Skill Ripjaw X DDR3-2133 to 2400MHZ without a hick-up, i may try for 2666

Cons: Fans can be kinda loud. I am pretty sure they are the loudest fans in my case, but then again I have 19 fans in my case ^_^

Other Thoughts: I have read reviews about similar brands RAM coolers having issues with being too loose or getting in the way of other components. I do not see this issue. It is very snug around the sticks. I do have a Corsair H100i so this makes a lot more room for this RAM cooler.

Pros: Keeps memory cool, easily mounts to memory chip tabs

Cons: after 6 - 9 months, i started noticing noise from one of the fans

Pros: Looks incredibly cool in your case. Not really sure of its performance but bought it more for looks anyways.

Cons: The fit is kinda slushy...

Other Thoughts: If u have a case that attracts attention because of all its pretty lights, then this is sure to compliment the look.

Pros: Bright Blue LED Light Fans, its a really good cooler.

Cons: Not really a Con but wished the frame of the device did glow. Sits about a good 1/4" from my sound card.

Pros: Super cool look. Easy install even with Zalman FX Cooler.

Cons: None!

Pros: I honestly bought this for the looks. Sets off the inside of my RIG nicely. I don't really notice temp change.
