AWESOME!!
- Pros: I have had tried 3 vga coolers over the past 6 months and this is the best so far. Just before this i had the zalman vf700 which was a solid performer, so i'll compare to that. With this cooler my idle temps are about 6 degrees cooler and under a load about 8 degrees cooler. AMAZING. It allowed me to further overclock my 7800gt to an astounding 550/1200 mhz (great for air cooling) max load temps with call of duty 2 are around 65c.
- Cons: be careful not to bend your video card circuit board too much with this new mount, tighten the screws 1 turn at time in a criss cross pattern just until its snug. The new mount can really exert some force on the gpu.... this is a secret to its sucess...
- Other Thoughts: The cooler has these advantages over the vf700
1. more fins for more surface area
2. more mass for more heat capacity
3. heat pips that really help suck the head out of the core and distribute it with max efficiency
4. an amazing mount system that really secures the heat sink to the gpu

- Pros: um...everything!
- Cons: Maybe a little on the price, but I'm willing to pay because the stock HSF was a tornado machine.
- Other Thoughts: The milling and lapping on this thing is great, then when coupled with some AS-cleaner, then Arctic-5, my temps on my X1900XT went from 51-85 idle-load respectivly to 41-71 when the fan is at full speed, (which by the way is still 1000x quiter than the stock), I couln't stand the constant whirr-up, whirr-down on the stock, this one does a mucho better job at cooling!! BUY ONE NOW!! Oh and make sure when you install the ramsinks you let them set for at least 45min to an hour before you install into your machine and they will acheive 90% hold after 24hours.

Nothing short of amazing.
- Pros: Cooled my 8600, which had something wrong with it's stock cooling, from 200 degrees F under load to 140 degrees under load. Quiet. Easy install.
- Cons: Nothing major... The fan runs on 3-pin power, the 8600 stock cooler runs a 4-pin. I didn't feel the need to use the supplied fan controller as it's so quiet already.
- Other Thoughts: Also includes memory chip heat sinks. I didn't know this before purchase and bought some different ones. I used the different ones as they were taller, granting more surface area, and still sat under the fan.
Good fan - quiet and works very well
- Pros: Have only had for a few days, but this thing works great. I had bought a HIS Radeon 4870 video card from Newegg in March 09, the stock fan quit working after about 8 months, but it seemed like it was always working hard. The video card would idle at around 70 to 75C. With this fan it idles around 61c if I have it cranked up, or about 63c if I have it in silent mode. Pretty decent card.
- Cons: None
- Other Thoughts: Not a con, just an observation. I am not aware if you can install the card without the fan controller. I wasn't very excited about having a cheesy looking cord go to a fan controller. I didn't really want to manuver the cable and controller in my case, so I ran it outside the case and used the double sided tape to mount it to the outside of the case. Just seems a little cheesy, but works very well.
Great VGA Cooler
- Pros: This for the price is the best cooler available for the HD 5700 series graphics cards. I tried a similar ArtiXX CooXX L2 and the performance was so sub par I would have been better off with passive cooling. I am getting 50c under full load at 965mhz gpu, and 1255mhz ram. I would recommend this to anyone looking to cool their 5770. It certainly does fit!
