4 out of 5 eggsNot bad

Pros: The aluminum looks great with my case. Decently quiet and lots of airflow.

Cons: The aluminum casing of these fans are larger than most standard 120mm fans, although the screw holes line up, they will not mount against eachother like on radiators, cases.

I would have liked if the fan blades were aluminum, or atleast painted better.

Other Thoughts: Apart from the sizing, which I just shaved down to work on a triple radiator, I'm satisfied with these fans.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: moves lots of air and does not need leds to look cool

Cons: only the frame is aluminum. the blades are silvered and the motor housing/mount is white plastic. the frame is designed for exhaust mounting only. only quiet at low speeds

Other Thoughts: the screws provided will tap into the frame but it takes some effort. was able to mount one as intake but not easily do to my thick case (screws on the short side)

4 out of 5 eggskinda cool

Pros: price / feed back

Cons: the screws that came with fan are not self tapping.can not screw into aluminum fan housing.had to use small bolts and nuts to install.not sure why the housing is aluminum kinda of a waste of good metal. i take 1 egg for screws

Other Thoughts: supply correct screws

2 out of 5 eggsWeird design

Pros: Heavy, looks really nice!

Cons: I only found once place I could mount this in my Lian-Li case; the side exhaust port for the graphics card. I tried to install it, but the holes for the screws have a strange depth and size to them. I tried several configurations, mounts and screws. I took the whole thing apart just hoping to find a way to get it in my machine. In the end I gave up.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat fan!

Pros: Quiet and efficient! Using these on a controller with no problems what-so-ever.

Cons: Cannot fit two of these on a 240 radiator. Thankfully I ordered two of these (originally to install on the radiator for the cool aluminum looks) and two black Scythe 120mm for the case), so all I had to do was switch these to the case and use the others for the radiator.

5 out of 5 eggsLong Lasting and Quiet if adjusted

Pros: This fan has lasted for about 5 years now and still runs great and quiet. I would recommend these again and again.

Cons: It doesn't serve me dinner.

Other Thoughts: Wow

5 out of 5 eggsBEST FANS EVER

Pros: Best Looking, Best Functioning , Longest Lasting fans I have ever used. They have lasted in constant use 5 years and at least 5 systems, so far with no signs of slowing. These fans have out lasted and out performed every piece of computer hardware I have ever owned.

I have spent many thousands of dollars at newegg over the years --- and this is the first review I have written.....enough said.

Cons: If your lame enough to run these at full power , yes they are loud. Any experienced builder will have little problem managing the power (the noise). As far as mounting them, the screws are a bit lacking but be creative I have used stratigicly placed zip ties in some cases and they have worked great. Rookies may get frustrated but only if they shouldn't be building thier own boxes anyway.

Other Thoughts: I bought 3 of these from a now defunct chain store nearly 5 years ago, for $20 each I will never part with them, I always move them to my best build each time if possible. I will never sell or give them away when its time for a new system. I've kept my eyes open for these fans for years. I would buy 20 of these right now if the wife would let me ..... I may have to settle for 5 of them

5 out of 5 eggsEvercool Alluminium Fans

Pros: I've installed Evercool Alluminium fans in all my computer builds, and have never had one fail yet! These fans,IMHO are the best money can buy in their price range. By virtue of the Alumn body the air seems to cool better; and they are also quiet. I also use a fan silencer when I install one of these--just to dampen any vibrations.

Cons: Price, depending on how you look at it?

Other Thoughts: I always install these fans in tight, hard to get to places just to be sure I won't need to deal with a bum fan in the future.
