5 out of 5 eggsBest Fan Ever

Pros: Sturdy as a rock. Good air flow. Low noise. A removable / washable dust filter. It doesn't get any better than this. Filter can be mounted on either side of the fan making it very versatile. Evercool's Long life bearings. 5 star fan for sure.

Cons: None besides finding them in stock. They seem to be selling fast being one of the very few Filtered fans on the market.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Fans on the Market

Pros: Moves alot of air, Filter w/guard, Real nice looking too. Very Long Lasting. Worth the money.

Cons: No Cons

Other Thoughts: I have had two 92mm, one 80mm, and one 120mm versions which have beens running for the past 7 years, yes 7 years, and still going strong. Lets just say if a fans is not making any noise then its not moving much air, so people stop wining about noise. These fans move lots of air and do their job very well.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Silent

Pros: I like how it's red. It moves a lot of air.

Cons: 1. Cables Not Sleeved.
2. The description says "Silent". This fan is anything but silent.
3. Lots of vibration.
4. The filter sucks because it is too thick and it's bigger than 120mm so if your case only has enough room for 120mm, you can't install the filter.
5. The Mesh used for the filter looks and feels cheap. It feels like foam.
6. I was desperate so I didn't buy it from Newegg.

Other Thoughts: If you like loud fans, then buy this one. It sounds like a jet engine. I took it off after a day and replaced it with a
CoolerMaster fan. I should have bought CoolerMaster from the get-go.

3 out of 5 eggsWin some loose some

Pros: Bought 3 of these... 2 run nice and quiet the other one is loud! Very loud! All in all the 2 are great fans!

Cons: If the shipping to RMA it wasn't going to be 2/3 the price I'd return it. I guess I got a spare!

Other Thoughts: 2 out of three an't bad

4 out of 5 eggsSpiderMan?

Pros: I bought 2 and both are quite. They really move the air around in the case. Drop case temp by about 10 degrees and even helped the proc temp, by about 2 degrees. I recommend this highly. Would have given a 5 if not for the filter and packaging waste.

Cons: Packages is lame and the filters are completely useless. Could drop the cost if they didn't have to pay royalties for spiderman and didnt include the filters.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad at all....

Pros: + High airflow
+ Low noise
+ Includes filter and hardware
+ Includes 3-pin to 4-pin adapter
+ Good price for this fan

Cons: - A little louder than 25dB... (though just air noise; no bearing noise is apparent)
- Filter is even uglier in RL

Other Thoughts: Bought two because it had the highest airflow and lowest relative noise of any fan in its price bracket at the time. Didn't really need the filter, but I'm sure there will be a use for them at some point. The filters feature a simple 3-piece design, where a foam mesh insert rests between two plastic grilles that snap together. Too bad they are so ridiculously ugly. No way will these filters serve any other purpose than sitting inconspicuously in front of a discreetly placed intake fan...

These fans are not quite 25dB, but they are not too far over either. I would say that two of them in my full tower case probably make about 35dB or so, but move a TON of air in the process. The only real noise from them is the whoosh of the air leaving the case.

If you need a high-flow, low-noise fan, look no further. You can hide, discard, or simply burn the included filter at your preference. If you need something for a watercooling setup, however, save yourself the trouble and just get a panaf
