Pros: Great replacement solution for Asus AM3+ motherboards that normally come with this type of retention bracket standard.
Easy to install. Includes everything you need (bracket, backplate, 4 screws)
Replaced the brackets on both my Asus M5A78L-M LX and M5A97 with no problems.
Great build quality (plastic bracket, metal backplate, strong metal screws)

Fits like a glove.

Pros: This retention bracket works perfectly for my AM3 board. It comes in a plastic case and all you need to do is unscrew the two retentions when you first get it, then once the back piece it is in place, screw it back it in.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Make sure that when installing this, the PC is flat and you have something (like your hand) hold the back piece in place while you screw the retentions back in.
