Pros: It comes with thermal paste. Easy to install.
Cons: The cpu I tried to use it with only requires 80 watts to run. It should not require a lot of power to cool it. However, even at a 25% load, the temperatures quickly climbed to the 60c and the fan was running near max capacity. It is very loud and I was afraid to leave my computer running with it on. I replaced it with a different heat sink and my cpu runs quietly at 45c with over a 90% load.

Easy install and noisless
Pros: I bought these to replace Intel LGA2011 fans that I normally use. Because this was a dual cpu build I needed coolers that were not so bulky. These are perfect and extremely low profile. No problems so far as they were very easy to install and the ball bearing fans are pretty much noiseless.
Cons: They are heavy since made of copper
Other Thoughts: Looks like newegg stopped carrying these as they were discontinued after my purchase. Glad I was able to get them beforehand.
