1 out of 5 eggsLooks good, but i wouldnt know....

Pros: Looks good quality, works well.

Cons: Wrong size, I ordered larger size and got a same price but small diameter fans, too tired of constantly RMA and wasting time and money on shipping, so I just dropped it, if you want those 2 fans for free, come pick them up.

Other Thoughts: WRONG PARTS SHIPPIED.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Dawg,

We apologize for the inconvenience, have you tried contacting Newegg directly about the incorrect product being shipped to you?

Thank you,

Antec Team

1 out of 5 eggsLoud. VERY LOUD!

Pros: Blows a lot of air

Cons: Ridiculously loud. Won't buy this one again(and I am an Antec fan, er, no pun intended).

Other Thoughts: Did I mention it was loud? I SAID, DID I MENTION IT WAS LOUD?!

4 out of 5 eggsnice small fans

Pros: very quiet , decent air flow. decent price

I used them to replace a bunch of 15,000RPM fans. actually they are lots of 2 fans glued back to back counter rotating. insanely loud, especially with 3 sets running at once. while these fans don't push nearly the same amount of air as those beasts did, they push enough to keep things cool in my PS and mobo. even if its a tad warmer, no big deal as this box is a server that pretty much sits around most of the time.

Cons: comes with 4 in Molex connector. had to solder on 3 pin from some dead fans I had.

4 out of 5 eggsIt works - Its Antec

Pros: Its one of the best available 40mmx20mm fans for sale. It has a high CFM rate. Antec quality. Fits in tiny cases and provides cooling where nothing else can.

Cons: It's small and limited. This didn't come with any molex to three pin converter.

Other Thoughts: These things spin at high RPM's and their life is somewhat shorter than 80mm fans. So if you need them buy more than you have an immediate need. When the bearings get noisy you'll have one available to replace. I wish these types of fans came with the rubber fastners so we didn't have to fight with the chew screws.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes its job

Pros: Does what it is designed to do, move air.
Cheap, doesn't make a racket.
Mounts well and cools chipsets.

Cons: The whine it makes is somewhat noticeable. The cooler is quite tall, and when mounted on my chipset heatsink, I could use only two tall screws provided. Just little things to note, nothing adversely negative.

5 out of 5 eggsMacGyver Application

Pros: Right size - give or take, reasonably quiet, no LEDs

Cons: Quite tall; I had to buzz down the screw conduits with a Dremel to attach to my equipment (screws too short); also had to wedge a poker chip against the VRM to make a wider opening for air flow into the fan.

Other Thoughts: Bought to replace a GigaByte voltage regulator module fan that died after three years (GA8-KNXP MB). The module is tucked away in the upper rear corner of the case and the replacement fan opening was stuck against back of the I/O panel, hence the need to wedge it to the front. I would not recommend that anyone else use this fan for such an application, but it seems to be working well for me.

5 out of 5 eggsAntec 40mm fan

Pros: Much quieter than all the high rpm models. Cools the NorthBridge quite well on my GigaByte P35-DS3R. Screws right to the stock Heatsink! Lowers the MB temps by about 7C

Cons: You have to buy more than one item as the shipping is more than the fan!

Other Thoughts: Best 40mm fan I've found to date!

4 out of 5 eggsGood Fan

Pros: I got this for a little extra air intake. It seems to be doing fine.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: At full speed I can barely hear this run with the case open. I don't know what the other reviewers were hearing.

3 out of 5 eggsBleh

Pros: Its a 40mm case fan

Cons: Loud, Quite wide (Used it to replace dead VGA Fan and now I can't use the first PCI slot), and did not come with any screws.

Other Thoughts: If you buy this fan be prepared to dig up some screws.
