Pros: Just installed two of these in the side panel of my Coolermaster Gladiator case and theyre just what I wanted, move air quietly and look great doin' it. I really didnt need the cooling, just wanted the look so may slow em down with a controller to make em even quieter. I will say they arent loud though, all in all very nice looking and quiet fans, especially for the price.
Cons: None really- screws seem like they want to strip easily, but this is common with some of the plastics used in cheaper fans. Still a nice fan for the money.
Other Thoughts: I cant get em this cheap locally, even paying to ship.

Pros: These fans are soooooo quiet compared to my stock aprevia case fans! Secondly, I bought three of these. I replaced 2 existing fans and added 1. These fans dropped my average CPU temp from 45C to 35C, my HDD temps went from 38-40C to 35/36C! Even my system temps dropped from 47C to 44C.
Cons: None! The connectors are a bit annoying, but you can either use the 3-pin fan connector and cut off the molex connectors or have the option to use the molex connectors.
FYI: Fans are rated @ 1500RPM, all 3 of mine average 1100RPM according to CPUID & SpeedFan.
