2 out of 5 eggsGood Airflow, So Loud

Pros: These fans push a lot of air, I never overheat anymore.

Cons: Didn't come with big enough screws for my case (probably case's fault). VERY VERY LOUD. If you want quiet fans, do not buy these. One of the two fans make a clicking sort of sound, not sure why.

5 out of 5 eggsjet turbines in a convenient plastic packaging

Pros: they move an absurd amount of air (i can feel the breeze from my top exhaust fans in my GRone from four feet away), they come with 4-3 pin adapters handy for installing multiple unmonitored fans, 9 of these vs the 5 stock fans in my GRone brought my cpu temps down 5c across the board and my gpu temps 1-4c down under load

Cons: see below

Other Thoughts: personally i find the whooshing white noise provided by these fans to be soothing but some people may see it as a con, it should be noted that i keep a box fan on during the spring and summer months

1 out of 5 eggs50% Failure rate

Pros: Cost effective
push a decent amount of air

Cons: 2 out of the 4 fans i purchased created a large amount of noise due to bad bearings.

Other Thoughts: better bearings and these fans would be awesome

5 out of 5 eggsUPDATE 5 Stars Now

Pros: This is my second review. In my first review I complained that one fan stopped working and when it started back it was spinning rather slowly. This was true, but the problem wasn't the fan!

Cons: The problem was the cheap molex connectors that the fans run off of. My advice is to chunk these things and hook these fans up directly to a mobo header or a true 3/4 pin fan connector from the PSU. Mine were somehow limiting the fan speed(maybe this is intended by Bgears?).

Other Thoughts: Anyway, when I hooked these to my mobo headers the noise and speed stabilized. They are a tad loud but man they push some air when properly powered. These are great fans, high static pressure, high rpm, great for a thick high fpi 140mm rad. Buy em!

4 out of 5 eggsBenefit of the Doubt

Pros: I bought 2. One has worked flawlessly. Pushes a lot of air and is plenty quite for my needs. I have these hooked up to a Corsair H110.

Cons: I looked yesterday and one fan wasn't working. I have these connected via the molex dongles(included) directly to the PSU. I wiggled wired and rebooted and it worked again. I tried to get it to stop and couldn't. That's when I noticed that this particular fan(the one that stopped working) was spinning slower than the good fan.

Other Thoughts: So, what am I to think? I'm going to try to hook that fan directly to a fan header on my mobo this afternoon, but I think I have a defective unit. In a worst case scenerio, I've got a bad molex adapter, which is still a bad piece of equipment that came with the fan. No good.

Either way, giving this fan a 4/5 for now. I will repost a review if the issue persists.

How could I tell it was spinning slowly? I turned off the PC and watched how long it took them to stop spinning. Not the best test, but when it took 15 seconds longer for the good fan to stop, and when I already suspected as much from the noise/hand testing I'd done, and combined with the fact that it died earlier and was resurrected with a reboot, it is good circumstantial evidence all around. Watch QC on these.

5 out of 5 eggssmelly

Pros: see below

Cons: see below

Other Thoughts: Bought two of these fans to install as front intake on my case. They spin, move a considerable about of air, and are relatively quiet. I expected "jet engine", so when I didn't hear anything I had to remove the front bezel to actually check they were turning. Only downside is they stink. They made my room smell like fresh plastic for weeks. Consider airing these out prior to installing. I installed mine immediately after removing them from their packaging.

5 out of 5 eggsawsome!!! great for radiators

Pros: low price, quiet for how well these fan perform, just want i needed for a high pressure fan, they are not that loud as people might believe, these need to be in the top sellers

Cons: a little loud but there gong to be loud if you want performance fans and not looking for a quite pc. they are not that loud as people might believe

Other Thoughts: they need to make a 200mm version and a red led version with the same specs as the black ones
