4 out of 5 eggsNZXT Respire T20

Pros: Works well for the money.

Cons: No mounts for second fan, so no push pull.

The fan is only a 3 pin. Don't think that this means there is no controlling fan speed, just that your choices of speed are limited as opposed to a four pin fan.

Other Thoughts: AMD USERS: The exhaust will be going out of the TOP of the case.
If you don't have top exhaust on your case, cooler master hyper 212 plus/evo is a good alternative.

Intel users: The exhaust going out of the back.

4 out of 5 eggsNice cooler, SOME flaws

Pros: This thing keeps my overclocked 4.2ghz i5 3570k at about 30C - 33C on idle. Its been YEARS since ive owned an Intel, and from what I understand these temps are great. I have been using AMD since 939 and they just run cooler in general, so I wasnt sure, but this thing is big, beautiful, and matches everything in my system. Cools great, and the voltage regulator sure does work, i used it as an extension not paying attention and it kept my fans at 1200 RPM, which let my chip run about 4C hotter, so i took off the regulator and it spins at 1800 rpm as advertised and is still fairly quiet.

Cons: Mounting system. Its MUCH easier than the nasty water cooler I had, but Its like tightening the valve cover on a motor, you have to cross tighten or its no good, and I hate that.

This thing will WOBBLE (or vibrate). Make sure you have it tightened down really well, I feel I should not have to tighten it as much as I did, but its nice and stable (for now), I will check this in a day or 2 to see if it needs readjusting.

Other Thoughts: Besides the wobbling this thing is a beauty and cools well. I like nzxt products (phantom 410, all black-white nzxt fans (one has a ball bearing rattling though, but def not worth paying for RMA) and this cooler, my machine is a beauty

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: -Easy installation
-Cut my CPU temp. more then 50%
-Fit extremely well in my case

Cons: The guard that holds the heat sink down to the cpu didnt fit the screws perfect. But that could have also been my mistake.

Other Thoughts: Great CPU fan for the price.

2 out of 5 eggsNEVER AGAIN WITH AMD!

Pros: Keeps under 120F!
Very convenient, if you have intel..

Cons: Im really sorry, but if you have this, have low profile RAM, or have to force my RAM in like I did...Im not satisfied. When I contacted NZXT Tech Support, I wish they would of said something about the RAM...I now bascially wasted $30 on something that almost has my RAM broken...Why would you make this sideways, facing up towards the roof of a case? REALLY?! IT BLOCKS EVERYTHING!!!

5 out of 5 eggsSilent and Cool

Pros: Keeps my CPU cool. Comparable to the CM Hyper 212. Fan is quiet.

Cons: Is very tall. Need a micro ATX case that is wide enough.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor design

Pros: Low price.
Large fan.
It should work great once I get it installed.

Cons: For an AMD motherboard, this will only mount blowing vertically. I bought this to go with MSI's FM2-A85XA-G65 but I verified this was the case for the top 12 most reviewed AMD motherboards on Newegg. I bought this for a friend who is trying to save money so we are using a perfectly good case that is ~5 years old. It does not have a vent on the top of the case. Additionally, this configuration practically guarantees it will block you memory ports, requiring you to remove the heat sink before upgrading your memory.

I have the Xigmatek Gaia and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus and both of these allowed me to mount them facing backward. I may have even had the option to do either. Get some better engineers NZXT.

Another downside is it does not come with the mounts to attach a second fan. For the cost of 2 more small pieces of plastic, this seem like it should be standard.

Other Thoughts: I am probably going to swap this in one of my other builds that does have a top vent rather than go through the trouble of returning it. Not looking forward to the extra work.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Excellent cooling, looks great, nearly perfect.

Cons: I installed this in a NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black SECC Steel with the plastic window.

It barely fits in the case from the same company, it's such a tight fit it actually scratches the window. Thanks NZXT.

5 out of 5 eggsdoes what it claims

Pros: Installs easily. Quiet operation. Not too big for my build

Cons: none to this point

Other Thoughts: some of the bad reviews make me wonder if... they followed directions, they are printed in 7 languages. Or... they should allow someone more qualified to install it for them.

5 out of 5 eggsAnother happy fan

Pros: I have a mini atx tower and board and this fan went in smooth and comes with all you need to do the job.

Cons: none yet.

Other Thoughts: Catch it as a shell shocker or email deal of the day. Worth the small amount of time and money it takes to install.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: Quality designed mounting hardware. 10mins to remove old Artic Freezer Pro,clean the CPU, put base plate on, attach heatsink and boot.
Budget heatsink that utilizes similar features in higher tier tower coolers like the Megahalems mount design.
Price!!!

Cons: No quick and easy option to add an extra fan in push pull configuration. I have a bunch of extra 120mm fans I could have easily put on it for that extra bump in performance. Works good enough with the stock fan so no biggy.

Other Thoughts: I have a Prolimatech Megahalems on my main system and loved the hardware that was used to attach that heavy heatsink. This cooler has on a cheaper level the same design that works very well. Very easy to securely attach the cooler with even pressure. I have owned many cooler brands over the years and this is a excellent value. Keeps my slightly undervolted Pentium D 2.8ghz CPU in my WHS2011 system idleing around 25C in a room @ 68F. I have the fan running at 1300RPM and nearly silent over the rest of my 140mm fans running at 7volts.
