Cheap, quiet, works
- Pros: Super cheap, very effective.
- Cons: Now that I have 10 of these, what do I do with all of them?
- Other Thoughts: For all you computer junkies, approximate fan speed varied by voltage:
6V = 1325 RPM
7V = 1575 RPM
8V = 1800 RPM
9V = 2000 RPM
10V = 2175 RPM
11V = 2400 RPM
12V = 2600 RPM
Use a 50ohm, 10watt power resistor in series to achieve ~7.4V = 1700 RPM, or 25ohm 10watt resistor to achieve 9.6V ~2100RPM. Both are silent to my taste.

I've got 2 in the back of my case, 1 in the front, modded and jammed 2 into 2 5.25" drive bays and one on my door (Stock Pentium 4 fan = junk [newegg wouldnt let me say c-rap]).
All 6 fans are quieter than my stock Intel CPU Fan.
