1 out of 5 eggsWhat Happened to the price?

Pros: Good fan, was economical @ 2.59
Now @ 7.99 Poor..
WHAT HAPPENED !!!

Cons: The price went from 2.59 to 7.99 in one year!!!
That just can not be correct...
Tell me it is a misprint, please

Other Thoughts: Will never buy at that inflated price, this product lost
it's value..

3 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: I have two older Masscool fans, both 80mm, the ones with blue LEDs.... they've been going strong for over five years. My computer absorbs a LOT of nicotine and cat fur, these fans are beasts though.

Cons: This fan is DOA....

Other Thoughts: If I yank the cord almost hard enough to pull it out of the fan, it will spin up... maybe I'll try to fix it or something, or maybe I'll just send it back for a partial refund, I dunno, hardly seems worth the trouble, for 8 bucks :(

I hate when this happens...

1 out of 5 eggsLOUD

Pros: It moves air.

Cons: This fan is LOUD. Definitely much louder than 28db. At this price range there are much better options to consider.

Other Thoughts: The noise was bad enough that this fan got retired pretty much right away. I recently clipped the connector and sleeving off to repair a different fan that had gotten damaged. RIP that one mistake those many years ago.

3 out of 5 eggsInexpensive but not quiet

Pros: Moves a lot of air
Inexpensive

Cons: Quite loud

Other Thoughts: The fan in my Sans Digital TowerRAID TR4UTBPN died and I picked this to replace it. Even tucked under my desk, it is quite loud. On the plus side, it was inexpensive and moves quite a bit of air.

1 out of 5 eggsSave your money. Don't buy this air raid siren..

Pros: Cheap and blows a lot of air. No lie about that. It'll definitely keep your hardware cool.

Cons: This thing is LOUD. WAY too loud.

I can hear the fan's jet engine turbine-like whine even over the hissing of my radiator in the winter. If you need to concentrate at all, this thing will be your bane.

3 out of 5 eggsCheap and noisy. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Emits a kind of low pitched whine that sounds vaguely like an air raid siren going off in the distance. Quite annoying.
