2 out of 5 eggsNoisy

Pros: It was cheap
It moves a lot of air

Cons: Mine makes a loud whirring noise even when stepped down. Its really annoying. I'd like to run this at a higher speed but I can;t stand the noise it makes.

Other Thoughts: I use this fan to draw air in from the side of my case directly towards my video card. It does a good job of drawing in cold air but I got this fan to hopefully cool my video card enough to slow the fans cooling the GPU down - to reduce the noise.

The GPU fans make the typical "white noise" or fan sound of moving air. But this makes that noise plus another noise that I think is the bearing moving. It obnoxious and after a couple of days I am looking to replace it. Even running it at 70% it still makes the whirring noise.

3 out of 5 eggsGood fan but LOUD

Pros: This fan moves a ton of air. Came with a nicely wrapped power cable, rare at this price point.

Cons: LOUD! Much louder than anticipated. They claim 34 dB, seemed a LOT louder than that in my media center.

Other Thoughts: This would be a fine fan for a desktop computer, however this was going to go in my media center and the noise this thing created was so distracting, I ended up having to remove it and just deal with higher temps. The fan in my case now is rated at 32 dB, apparently a 2 dB difference is pretty drastic - keep your application in mind when purchasing!

4 out of 5 eggsNice Fans

Pros: Replaced 2 of my 90mm fans with these. They move A LOT of air so I would recommend. I've had them installed for a few days and no problems yet.

Cons: They are a bit louder than the stock fans I replaced, but I think that goes for just about any fan...

Other Thoughts: Good fans. If you need a 90mm get these.

3 out of 5 eggsehhh, not worth it after all

Pros: cheap
fast
good air flow

Cons: loud
vibrating too much
bearing comes loose after a while (1 year for me) and rattles annoyingly

Other Thoughts: would not buy again. I'm looking for at least several years out of any ball braing fan. Scythe is my preference and so far nothing changes it, at least they know what they are doing...
get it only if you need something quickly ... and not for long ...

5 out of 5 eggsGood air movement

Pros: Moves more air than the same brand 80mm without any extra noise. Very affordable. Comes with 3 pin fan header and a molex.

Cons: Depending on if this fan is on max speed it can get kinda noisy in my case. However this is mostly due to the meshing on the case I think.

Other Thoughts: If you need more fan speed control with a 4 pin connector look elsewhere.

5 out of 5 eggsI could complain but who would listen?

Pros: These things move a pretty decent amount of air, they're replacing some older case fans in my Thermaltake Armor case. I ordered three of them and they all work! The sleeves on the cables are a nice touch.

Cons: As other people have mentioned, they're a little louder than the fans I had in my case previously, but they've lowered temps several degrees celsius and I don't use my PC for home theater or anything like that, so they suit my purpose.

Other Thoughts: If you're looking to do something with your PC that involves home theater, or gaming, you may want to consider a different type of fan as these aren't completely silent, but otherwise they're great at what they do, which is push hot air out of my system.

3 out of 5 eggsLittle fan, little air movement

Pros: It spins

Cons: I bought this as a replacement for a side window fan. I was hoping it would be better than the one that came in the case, but it seems to move very little air also.

Other Thoughts: I suppose I shouldn't blame it on the fan itself, it is only so large and it can only do so much work. I'm just disappointed it doesn't really do much.

1 out of 5 eggsQuality Dropped?

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Cheap. I bought three of these and one wouldn't spin properly, the black wire was broken off of another, and the third makes a rattling sound when it is running. I took two defective ones apart and made one "running" one so I have two that at least work. I Threw the rest away.

Other Thoughts: Perhaps they are making these so fast now they aren't paying attention at the factory?
Not worth returning.
