Pros: I have been buying Tuniq - TX-2 Cooling Thermal Compound Paste for years now because of it excellent performance compared to other brands. I tried it against most other brands & this thermal paste runs cooler than the rest. The most common choice of thermal paste is Arctic Silver - #4 & Tuniq - TX-2 thermal paste ran 10-12 degrees cooler on my overclocked CPU chip. That can be the difference of a good stable overclock or a blue screen. This is by far the best thermal paste for hot running CPU & GPU chips. Less heat means better performance & your electronics will last longer because of it. I have used Tuniq - TX-2 thermal paste on hot running video game console CPU & GPU chips & PC CPU & PC GPU's with the most excellent of results. No other thermal paste comes close. Believe me when I say this is the best thermal paste you can buy.

Cons: The only con about this product is that not to many people know how great this thermal paste is compared to all others on the market.

Other Thoughts: I totally recommend this Tuniq - TX-2 Cooling Thermal Compound Paste to anyone that wants to have the coolest running CPU or GPU chips possible. Nothing else can compare to this product in terms of cooling performance, hands down.

Pros: The paste was thick and did not have to use much either a small amount in a circle about the size of a pea or I used an x on the cpu and spread the paste with a razor blade to the edges. I used it with a water cooling system so when I put the down on the cpu I moved it side to side and back and forth to spread the paste so that the area is completely covered and the paste seems to do the trick.
I can say it has lowered the temps of the cpu and has been stabled. I haven't run the cpu long or at heavy duty gaming as of yet but have done other things to see if the temps would go up as in cases of other pastes I have used in the past and the temps on the cpu are low towards mid to high 39 which has been great.

Cons: none as the short amount of time that I have used this paste.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this paste to others. I like how thick this paste is compared to other pastes and how it does not ooze out and onto the cpu socket. I am glad of the properties the paste has and everyone should read what the properties are and how long it will last.

Pros: I apply new compound every year or so, but this stuff seems to stay there better than other brands.

Cons: Don't get it on your hand.

Other Thoughts: Keep it in a cool dark place with the cap on it. It will be tough to use it at a later time if it's not sealed up properly.

Pros: Great price, good size, does what its supposed to do. Read a ton of reviews and bench test results. This was one of the best.. Been using the Arctic Silver for a long time, but decided to try something new. Have an i3 2120 HTPC that I have jammed in a tight spot and was running hot with stock cooler. This on a Hyper 212 Evo and it never goes above 30 C under load. Was always around 54-60 C before. Pretty sure that most of this is the cooler.. But will buy this again i think

Other Thoughts: I've used many different Thermal paste. I had my favorite 4 + one oem brand paste onmhand and tested this versus my fav 4 +1.
It was the best of all 5.
Beat Arctic Silver 5; Céramique 2; ARCTIC MX-4; and IC Diamond and a coolermaster OEM paste for the Nepton 280L.

Spread better with finer control than all the above and had the lowest temps ( by 1C).

I have now used it on my GPUs for a huge difference in MAX temps as well.

Pros: Does what it should. Have used on computer CPU's as well as Xbox 360 GPU's. Works great.

Pros: I have heard of people having issues applying heatsink compound before. This was very easy to apply. I used a card to spread it evenly on the die head, took about 2 minutes, and looked just like the guides online looked.

It won't short your motherboard if you get some on it, it's not conductive.

My system is an Intel 5820k OC'd to 3.8ghz, with a Cooler Master Nepton 240 water cooler, and my motherboard has a LED readout of the core temperature, it has not yet exceeded 53 deg, under heavy use. As far as I can tell it's working great.

TX-4 is thicker, but is only very slightly more effective then TX-2.

Cons: None.

Pros: Got enough for about 10 applications, and still have enough left to use for my new i5 4690 cpu that will get here in 3 days. Worth a purchase, though I have heard that the TX-4 is even better, though only slightly, and I believe it dries out faster.

Cons: Isn't made of gold...

Pros: Good applicator, easily metered. Works. Inexpensive. Easy clean up.

Other Thoughts: Been using this for many years, Much better than the plastic packets usually supplied with most heat sinks. The old applicators can be used to suck up the thermal compound out of those packets and be used for less demanding applications.
