5 out of 5 eggsIcier

Pros: UPDATE: I just recently started overclocking my AMD FX 6300(will soon upgrade to i7 4970k). This thermal paste is crazy good though, I am literally at times getting 10.6c at idle yes. 10.6c at ambient room temps of about 65-70F. when running at max the highest temps I've seen are 43.7c . This paste is bar none the best I've ever owned and it requires 0 curing time unlike the most owned one *cough* you know that one starts with an A and ends with a 5. Just saying if you want the best temps I think you can be rest assured. I didn't have any issues with it being too difficult to get out of the tube either. You get what you paid for.

Cons: TIM spreader is a little awkward and there isn't very much in the tube.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Love that the paste is on the lighter side. Easier to spread and come with a great tool. The TIM spreader. Just like the comparisons this is getting me another 4-7 degrees celsius lower than Arctic Silver

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: Very small amount. Good enough for reapplying the few items I needed.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Thermal paste

Pros: Excellent temperatures.
Easy to apply.
No burn-in time.

Cons: None to speak of.

Other Thoughts: Some people say that they got a very stiff tube, but that wasn't true in my case. It came out easily.
I'm getting 35 degree idle temperatures on an Intel Core i7-4790K at stock, with a Hyper 212 EVO. I 100% recommend this, it is a great choice. One other thing, DON'T spread it using the TIM spreader. Apply a dot the size of a rice grain on the middle of the processor. The heatsink will spread it out for you.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: about the same as arctic mx-4 and arctic silver 5. you probably won't see any difference in temps.

Cons: scratches surface when removing. arctic mx-4 and arctic silver 5 don't.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat paste

Pros: -Arrived in good shape unlike some others experiences

-Did the job and dropped temps by a couple of degrees

-Came with just enough for 2-3 solid applications

-Seems like all-around quality stuff, I can definitely recommend it.

Cons: -Not much in the tube at all, but I knew this going through with my purchase.

-Applicator stick isn't great, I prefer my paste stick/applicator to be the width of my chip *or* smaller, not a credit card in dimension.

Just a preference but I rarely use applicators anyways. I suppose I could have just trimmed it a bit to suit my needs.

Other Thoughts: *BE ADVISED*

Those of you thinking about purchasing this, just a heads up hat this tube contains a very small amount of paste, you are not receiving a full tube of TX-4. Read the product description/some reviews before you snipe thinking you're getting a full tube for the price.

That being said, great paste. Mine did not arrive "like putty" or "stiff", so I have a feeling there was or is a bad or stale batch going around or something. Mine worked great, no complaints. Was easy to apply and curing time was as expected.

Just be aware of other reviews, because it seems a good 1/4 or 1/5 of them have been receiving stale or stiff batches. If you get one, and it's intensely difficult to even squeeze out of the tube, do yourself a favor.

Put it down, cap it, retrieve the packaging and get it together, and just call Newegg support and/or Tuniq support and have a new tube sent to you because you more than likely received one of those bad batches.

Normally I would opt for pea-dot method, but the last few years I've been very obsessive about applying a nice uniform layer across the entire chip. Not really necessary, but with this method there's enough for 2-3 applications.

Best of luck.

5 out of 5 eggsPlenty of paste.

Pros: Just moved to water cooling so can't say I've tried other pastes but it must play a part in making it so darn hard to break 75C with any Prime95 test (though it's almost winter up here).
-Plenty in the tube
-Good viscosity
-Obvious heat conductivity

Cons: None as of yet.

Other Thoughts: I'm hooked on this brand.
