Cons: Did not receive right parts for installing

Other Thoughts: I sadly did not receive the right pieces to fully install this piece. When attempting to install on my M5A97 LE R2.0 I noticed that the piece used to install onto my motherboard is not the right size. I need the slightly elongated piece. My friends have this exact watercooling and got the right parts. Not sure what to do from here

Pros: -Easy to install.
-Smaller form factor than my old aluminum heatpipe radiator.

Cons: -None so far.

Other Thoughts: If you're having trouble choosing between liquid cooled and traditional heatsink/heatpipe, then just get this.

Other Thoughts: I was using a h110 for six years but it died and I had to pick up a new one in a hurry and ended up with a cheapo local fan/heatsink instead of a radiator ... it was like living with a poorly maintained honda on my desk. Picked this thing up and it's back to nearly silent (I have a sound insulated case as well)

Pros: Seems like a decent product....if it fit.

Cons: False Advertisement, does not fit socket 1150 boards.

Other Thoughts: Shame, I had to return and get a different cooler that would actually fit.
Went with the LEPA Aquachanger 240 and installation was painless.

Pros: - This thing is quiet!
- Once you have figured out the setup and install, it works like a breeze. Sort of like a fire-and-forget cooler. Installing it to the CPU itself felt ridiculously easy, big plus there for someone like me building their first pc.

Cons: - The install instructions are very basic, which at first lead me to believe that this piece of tech was "idiot proof" to install. Boy was I wrong. I ended up installing the radiator a few different times in different places before I felt comfortable with it.

Other Thoughts: Since I am a complete noob with gaming pcs, this was a difficult decision for me when building my first gaming rig, but a friend convinced me I needed it. I installed the radiator four times in varying positions and consulted the internet many times before I was comfortable that I had placed it in the right position with the correct airflow. I have since learned that this is all purely speculative and up to the end user, but it really was confusing (for me) for a while.

Closing thoughts: Now that I have the thing up and running I believe that this was entirely a great decision. I am glad I didn't go with something more beefy or complicated and stuck with this simple to use and amazing piece of tech. Water cooling couldn't be easier than this when all is said and done. I'm giving this 5 eggs because the only issues I had were end user related.

I purchased this Jan 13/2013 and it is now Feb 25/2016 and is still working and quiet
I run an overclocked Intel CPU at 4.6GHz with cooling in the 45c range playing BO2

Other Thoughts: would recommend this to others for reliability and quality of build and price is very good

Keeps my i7-4790K nice and cool

Cons: Installation was a real pain on the 1150.
Of course, just looking at the design of the block and the retaining hardware, installation is probably difficult no matter what you have.
Have a mini build. The unit requires two fan plugins to operate. Nearly sent it back because of that, but everything is staying cool so.

Other Thoughts: Once I got it installed, I was really just happy that I didn't mess up the thermal compound too much. It still works but would like it to be a little better. Probably need to redo the install and hopefully get a better contact between the cooling block, cpu, and compound. Really needs to be designed better for installation.

Pros: worked well and quite for about a year

Cons: recently it started having this weird issue of it either heats up to about 80 degrees Celsius causing my computer to forcefully shut down OR make a obnoxious noise but have my computer still work.

of course I opt for the obnoxious noise but the random overheating is exactly that random... It will just start overheating one day without any warning and randomly stop at another time and go back to the noise

the case on touch feels warm to the touch at these times as if it could potentially be 80+-...

Pros: -Quiet
-Small and compact compared to a normal heatsink

Cons: -Installation instructions where pretty terrible and had to resort to youtube

Pros: It works properly, no issues. Looks great. Watched one of the videos out here so it was pretty easy to install.

Cons: Weird screws on the backplate - don't lose them! (See Below)

Other Thoughts: Set the machine up on the kitchen table to install this. Then promptly dropped one of the unique backplate screws that bounced and flew right between the cabinet & dishwasher, and into the house foundation. (At least it sounded like that. The screw was unfindable, so who knows?)

So I write Corsair because none of the pictures of replacement parts on their site specifically shows the screws. (This is Sunday.)

The response? Right off, they send the entire backplate assembly to me for free. Free, even though I flat out lost it, and explain it as such.

Freakin awesome. Already have a bunch of Corsair stuff (always been a solid brand for me), but if there's a Corsair option, Corsair is now it. Amazing service.
