The Hydro Series H80 features the latest cooling technology, simple installation, and maintenance-free operation. It includes a low-profile, light-weight cooling unit with a micro-channel copper cold plate and a split-flow manifold for superior cooling, and digital fan control, allowing the user to select between low-noise, balanced, and maximum cooling modes. The H80 includes a double-thick 120mm radiator for compatibility with virtually all standard ATX PC cases. The H80 also comes with a Corsair Link digital connector, allowing them to take full advantage of the new Corsair Link system for monitoring and control. For systems with the Corsair Link Commander hardware installed, users have even more control of cooling performance and sound levels.

  • newegg Cooler and Quieter The H80 includes a low-profile, light-weight cooling unit with a micro-channel copper cold plate and a split-flow manifold. The result of all this attention to fluid dynamics is CPU cooling that's remarkably efficient, with a total noise level that's lower than most stock CPU fans.
  • newegg Ready for Corsair Link Digital The H80 work great with Corsair Link, an ecosystem of hardware and software components designed to give you unprecedented control over your PC. Connect your H80 to the Corsair Link Commander (available separately) and monitor a wide range of parameters, including pump speed, coolant temperature and fan speed, and customize your own performance profiles as well.
  • newegg Control at Your Fingertips The low-profile integrated pump and cold plate includes push-button control so you can select the fan speed and cooling performance setup that best suits your needs. The cool white LED display lets you know at a glance which profile is being used.
  • newegg Easy Installation, Zero Maintenance The H80 includes a double-thick radiator and two 120mm fans. It can be installed almost anywhere you can install a standard 120mm PC case fan, and includes mounting brackets for all modern CPU sockets. The H80 boasts broad compatibility with Intel Socket LGA775, 1155, 1156, 1366 and LGA2011, as well as AMD socket AM2 and AM3. The Hydro Series Liquid CPU Cooler is a sealed, closed-loop system that comes pre-filled and never needs refilling. Tubing is constructed from low-evaporation FEP for a long lifespan. Even the thermal compound is pre-applied. You'll be up and running in minutes.

5 out of 5 eggsCools well

Pros: It has kept my i5 2500k OC'd at 4.49Ghz cool since November of 2011. At idle, it sits around 34C and at full load (Prime95 Blend test for 17.5hrs), it sits around 63C.

Cons: It won't last forever.

2 out of 5 eggsThat is an odd sound.

Pros: Performed for 2 years.

Cons: Then a pump fail and almost losing my CPU (It never overclocked well ever again.)

The fact is these all in 1's use horribly cheap components when it comes to the pumps. I understand the reason due to the space and making things simple but the failure rate on ALL Brands and pumps is crazy. If you want water cooling save up the 250 and build your own.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: good cooling and has worked well for me.

Cons: the pump has started making a noise, tryed online solutions nothing worked for me. i just have to try and ignore it now.

Other Thoughts: hopefully future models don't have the problem that mine developed and from what i see is a common problem.

3 out of 5 eggsWorked great. Failed after 2 years.

Pros: Great product. Kept temperatures very low. Will buy a replacement.

Cons: Failed suddenly after 2 years of use. CPU temps spiked to 85C. My guess is the pump on the inside or a clog of some sort in the tubing.

5 out of 5 eggsits a great thing to have

Pros: i have it on my FX 8350 and when running stock the CPU temp is only 12C when it stressed it at 28C max i over clock my FX 8350 to 4.5 and it only running at Temp of 35C idle and stressed 52C max

Cons: only thing i did was upgrade to the Corsair Air Series SP120 less noise more airflow

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Excellent cooling, never had a problem, not even a slight one, keeping my chip cool at maximum load. Very impressive.

Cons: Difficult/painful to install, just because of the size of the parts and the angles you have to install them at.

3 out of 5 eggsWorks... noisy as hell though

Pros: Self inclosed liquid cooling system with no maintenance required.

Cons: After more than a year it developed a leak and dripped all over the video card... lucky I had a spare former high end card lying around

It is seriously noisy using the fans it comes with and collects dust on the cooling fins like crazy

Other Thoughts: I have an Antec 1200 case and this things would fit fine.. but not the H100 though even though the Antec has two rear fans... oh well back to CoolerMaster or Antec.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Performer

Pros: Solid cooling performance. No reliability issues ( 10 months ownership)

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Even though I am using a full size Tower, I had issues installing the large size Corsair Dominator Platinums on one side, due to space limitations from the large radiator. Had no other choice but to install all RAM on second row, meaning dual channel configuration (instead quad). It is not possible to install RAM on the outer slots. Not sure who's to blame though. Large case not large enough, or RAM too beefy or cooling unit too bulky.
